In this edition of Interviews with Random Wattpadders, I will interview randomly chosen fans of mine.
How did you find out about Wattpad?
I saw a thing on Facebook and I clicked it. And when I got on I got hooked. ^^
What do you enjoy doing most on Wattpad?
I love writing stories obviously, and reading them as well. But mostly love seeing how people react to my stories. I love feedback be it positive or negative. Criticism helps me to grow as a writer and I always try to take what my readers say seriously. Because if I don’t take them seriously then why should they take me seriously? Answer they shouldn’t. So I always try to respond quickly, and respectfully. Writing is a passion, as is writing for people. You might ask is there a difference between the two? I say there is.
How long have you been on Wattpad?
A few months June or July.
What influenced you to write?
That is a great question. . . .Honestly I don’t know. I have always liked stories and what they can reveal about the world. Yes fantasy can give life lessons for those who search for them. ^^ But for some reason I really really like to tell the stories that pop into my head as I lay in bed at night. For I find that if I think they would make a good movie then why not make it into a book. ^^
What is your favorite Genre?
That is easy Historical Fiction Romance. I love romance in period settings. There is just something about them that intrigues me to no end.
What influences your stories?
Ok don’t laugh but I have about a dozen stories in my head and half of them are musicals. Yep they are musicals. Needless to say they have yet to make it on Wattpad. But everyday life in general. I can see a weird shadow and see a pirate ship, or a poster and imagine a heroic battle. It is weird but this is what I think of when I see things in the world. For sometimes reality is boring. While I don’t try to escape it, I just try to make it more interesting.
What is your advice for other Wattpaders?
My advice is be yourself, and don’t be afraid to put your thoughts and ideas out in the world. You may be surprised with the reception you will get. ^^
What is your favorite fruit?
I love peaches best part about summer is fresh peaches and corn on the cob!!!! AAAAHHHH!!!! So good.
Anything you want to say?
Hmmmmm………. Lets see nope I’m good. Just enjoy the site it is awesome and express yourself in any way you can. Also read my works especially Insanity. . . It is just as it sounds INSANE!!!!!!!!!
