Words of Sorrow

Bewitching words of promises that lay incomplete for eternity.

Stinging twisted lies that spin into terrible truths

For words that consume an innocent soul

Picking and prodding at the very flesh that is supposed to protect us.

It is then used to label and discriminate against

For what makes us one, makes us many.

For we cannot figure out that we are just one species.

Human, Humanity

Those are some words that are forget when we look at the people who were all running away to find some safety.

Treated like animals and insects they are.

Not treated with kind open arms, and helped to get a foot up.

No, they are thrown in cells and locked up never knowing what the skies look like ever again.

What their children and homes could have been.

Worse then slaves, worse then the concentration camps, worse then the residential school we had!

They are born, and they die in cells.

This is just a message for American and Canadian people. Our borders have refugees locked away in cells there. If you want to do something right find out more information on it.
