Grimsby walked out before Veronica and Romulus McLean after the elevator stopped. He checked around and was surprised by what greeted him. Instead of what he expected, not that he knew what he was expecting, but this was definitely not it. The streets were empty, signs were hung crookedly in front of he though were businesses and restaurants. The streets had garbage scatter here and there. Grimsby looked around and inspected every nock and cranny. He positioned a gun and flashlight in front of him as he looked inside every building. Inside of the building was darkness, Grimsby had to go into each and every building to see if anything or anyone was around, Unknown to them something was watch them with curiously, amusement, and excitement as it noticed they were not humans that were born in the city. Veronica stepped into dark shop that was deemed safe by Grimsby. She looked around and all she felt at that moment was excitement and a deep seeded fascination with what this place had to offer, however, she quickly forget about the weariness that she felt as soon as she saw a gadget that was an unknown. She took pictures and wrote stuff down on a pad of paper and took videos. Child-like wonder coursing threw her veins. Romulus, realized as soon they entered the city that they should use cautious, however, he decided that caution could wait for the future. He poked a flat, metal object that was attached to the floor and jumped when a blue light formed a large holographic image of an admittedly attractive women, not that he would ever confess that. He nodded to himself when he thought that is probably the leader. Grimsby heard the hologram and then foot steps that coming to their location quick. Grimsby grabbed Veronica and dragged her to the room Romulus was in and pushed them behind a counter and hid there to. Grimsby peaked from behind the counter and saw young man, a young man who did not look like he was older then his late youth enter.
