Jaclyn (Olivia) has a tendency to show the wolf side of her personality. She behaves a tad bit stuck up as she has wealth, intelligence, and her parent(s) on her side. She is incredibly rude upon some meetings and others a completely different person. Olivia isn't one to speak often and can behave rather crude with strangers, but with cases she does become different. Jaclyn takes her job seriously, and is persistent and usually optimistic with her clients unless she is aware there is no way to help them from themselves.
