Robin's eyes snapped open as soon as he heard the crash, What had happened? What was that? He hugged his sister's arm tightly. His sister, Kowai, looked at his lifeless brown eye. "Grab the books and blades." she hissed through her teeth. Robin scrambled behind one of the multiple tanks and pulled out a set of two blades and books. They had found it littered on the floor in the there desperate, (and unsuccessful) hunt for food. He had just kept the books for reading. Kowai, on the other hand, said that they should keep the blades around for self-defense. It was there only possession. Robin stumbled back to his sister and handed her one of the blades, and held the other one like a bat. His weak arms trembled from the weight of the metal blade. It was in a weird position, the blade sticking out all over the place, but Kowai didn't care. As long as it was self-defense, it works. Robin braced himself for the impact before his sister held her hand in front of him. "Wait. Give the blade to me. You're no good in combat." Robin glared at her reproachfully. "Were the same age!" Kowai gave him the same look back. "You're weaker! You'll die if somebody landed one hit on you!" Robin puffed up his cheeks. "Why don't we just hide in the corner then?" Kowai's face seems to show what her true feelings were; fear. Robin could see through her facade every time. She tries to act tough, but in the end, she acted like what her name meant; afraid. She was always afraid. He tugged at his older sister's sleeve. "Come on, Onee-chan. Let's go into the corner." She nodded and followed him into the dirt-stained corner of the room. It wasn't a comfortable corner. Several small, but noticeable, blood stains littered it, and sheets of torn up paper coated in layers of dust laid on the floor like the fallen leaves of a tree. Which made sense, seeing how the paper was made from trees. The huddled in the corner like penguins as a silhouette drew nearer, their body trembling at the sight.

"What are kids doing at a nomu lab?" a smooth voice asked. Robin nuzzled his face into his sisters. This was scary. "There are kids?" a feminine voice called out. "Let's begin tiger's boot camp." "Leave them alone, Tiger." Kowai's grip tightened on his arms as one of them came closer. He couldn't see his face very well, but by the way, his footsteps echoed on the floor, he could tell that he knew what they were doing. The person kneeled down and stretched out there hand. "I don't mean any harm." Robin watched as his sister reaches for his hand, only n them, the walls giving in at last.
"Mmm?" Robin mumbled in confusion. Everything felt so stiff. So... different. He took in a sharp breath, realizing he had not been breathing. How did he get into this position...? He struggled to remember everything. The man... The sky... Kowai... Kowai! Robin tried to struggle, but his body begged to differ. No matter how hard he tried, his body wouldn't move. He looked to the side and saw the person who found them. His body was in mangles. There was a hole blasted through his abdomen. He looked like he was going to die. Robin wanted to reach out for his hand. Why though? He didn't even know him. And yet... Robin stretched out his arm with all his strength and touched his hand. And then, he fell into the dark once more.
To have the roof finally collapse on top of the two children. Under all the rubble, Kowai struggled to move. It was as if the sky had felt and crushed them. She looked around. She had to find Robin. She had to get out. But she couldn't use her quirk. She just couldn't. Her leg was caught under the debris, as if someone had pulled her out, only to stop midway. She began to tug at it. A sharp flash of pain raced up her leg. But she kept on trying. Finally, it came loose. Kowai limped rapidly towards the center of what remained of the place. It looked like pure chaos. All of a sudden, liquid appeared out of nowhere and floated in mid-air. What was that? She limped towards it, only to back away. A man with a hand on his face appeared out of nowhere, crumbling onto the ground. She limped away as fast as she could. Where was Robin? She limped behind the rubble and looked around. The pain was intensifying in her leg. Stop! Her consciousness moaned. Stop moving! But she couldn't. She had to find him. She had to find... Kowai's mind halted to a stop, as her whole world turned black, and her consciousness faded away.
