As I am in my cot I ponder at what was said.
Apparently, as a Half-Fae you have increased knowledge and can gain skills quicker than the average child. The reason my mother didn't know, even if she knew that my father was Fae, was because the Fae are secretive about themselves even in public.

So according to him, since he confessed after a strict scolding by my mother, is that with the blood of the Fae you gain a mark at your forehead which shows your bloodline.
Mine, is the perimeter of a blue triangle like my father.
This mark, allows you to, depending on certain figures, give birth to a child when your partner puts their mana into it.

This earned a beating by my mother to my father.

In my cot, they gave me some books to reach and read when I want and they said there goodbyes.

So I started to read in the night and I learnt more.

According to the book, 'Magic Protocol', there are seven elements of various mana. With each one it allows you to have an affinity and can cast spells. However some people do not have any mana and just live with a day to day life. Whereas others, that do have mana can gain more through meditation and/or injecting mana crystals into themselves. You can rank up your level of mana, and when you reach level ten
you become immortal and cannot level up after that.
The affinities are:

Common
Nature,
Earth,
Fire,
Water,
Air,
Legendary
Light
Dark

And the immortals in Jia so far are:

Demetrir, Mavus, Aelious, Irdia and Mal

Then, it talks about which 'Class' you can choose. Classes are ways in which you use mana. There is:

The Scholar
The Knight
The Magician
The Priest
The Alchemist
The Blacksmith

(That list goes from weakest to strongest)
The Scholar, uses magic for defence and short ranged attacks and The Knight uses magic to create weapons for themselves or to make there attacks more powerful.
Magicians use long range spells, Priests use healing and buffing magic, Alchemists make potions and poisons and Blacksmiths create weapons and armour.
It doesn't matter which elemental affinity you have for your class but there are certain ones which are more heavily favoured when you want to have a certain occupation.

After I read the book, I tried meditating. It says that you don't need a certain type of mana but any mana and your body processes it to become your element.

When I closed my eyes, I tried imagining myself moving without moving and seeing without seeing. Slowly, it worked and I could see small dot like stars in a dark space.
I tried absorbing them, or moving my hands to force them inside of me but it didn't work. So I asked them,

'Will you please allow yourselves to be absorbed by me?'
When I thought that, the stars moved together and then rammed into my system.

They pushed themselves into me with extremity.

And, when I opened my eyes. I was covered in a tar like substance.
So I cried for help.
