Now I have gotten ready for the test at the upcoming entrence exam at Revalt Academy, the acedemy so mainly known at Kalort.
We are saying our goodbyes whilst at the gateway to go out the village."Don't forget to brush your teeth," "Make sure you sent letters every week," "If there's bullies beat them to purple and blue,"
My family collectively said at the same time. I chuckled and then started patting my sisters head while talking,
"Don't worry I still have the list of rules that you forced on me, I will do what I am told just make sure to do your best when I'm gone ok,"
They all chuckled and then a horde of other people came, they were the locals."Ores take some of my bread with you for the journey to the capital," "Make sure to bring souvenirs," "If you find any good recipes for pastries let me know,"
They all waved and hollered and I waved back before getting into the prepared carriage.
It was a simple wooden horse drawn dart with a white horse and driver preparing for the long haul.
I started to read some extra revision material in case they decided to make the test more challenging, but from the clichés of present and past I know it will be fairly easy.
As I recall, the heroine didn't have to do the entrence exam she went in with help from the church because of her light affinity. The Entrence Exam has two parts of the whole, there is the written assessment which is just a question and answer sheet. Then there is the Mana Exam, where they take some of your blood and store it in a vial where it has runes indented in that creates a blue light similar to the light at the 'Class Ritual' where it will go up the vial and will be measured and that tells you your 'Mana Output'. If you get above forty percent you pass, but if you get above eighty percent you go into the special students class.
I look out the window in thought, my family wants me to pass this test. So I must not fail them and try my hardest.
I grab the practise test and read the questions in the cart.
1. 3 x 4 =
I sigh and answer with twelve, the right answer of course.
2. Translate this sentence, "¡Hola! Mis amigos."
I sigh internally at the stupidity of some people and answer, 'Hello! My friends.'
3. What is the political control that Kalort has.
Do you expect me to put a democracy when that prince tails me in my own house.
I rub my temples and stop the practice test before looking out the window.I see rolling hills and small homes and cottages dotting the fields of cattle and produce.
I keep watching until we come to a stop.
