Part 25

Y/n's POV:

Then Cole rolled his eyes and put his shirt on. I then said "what happened with the guy who attached us?" And he looked at me and said "well after he pushed you to the ground and I punched him a few times and he was out cold."

And I nodded then said "did you know him?" And he looked down and said "yeah, it was Codey." And I almost lost my breathe. And then he said "it's ok y/n, I won't let him hurt you again." And I took a gulp and nodded slowly. 

Then I said "hey before you came in, I tried to get up and it really hurt." And he said "yeah your back, spine and legs are really weak right now, you'll have to stay in bed for most of the time." Then asked "what do you mean most of the time?"

And he said "I called your mom and told her that you won't be able to get up for a while so she let you stay here for a while." And then asked him " I can't walk?" And he said "yeah I'm sorry not for a while, if you wanna go somewhere I would have to carry you."

And I sighed slowly. Then he asked "do you need anything?" And I looked up at him and replied "no not right now but thank you." And he lightly smiled and nodded. Then I added "I think I'm gonna take a nap." And he said "ok." And then I thought for a moment and then said "wait if I'm on your bed where will you sleep?"

And he smiled and said "if you want.....on the bed?" And I smiled and said "yeah, you can protect me from Codey if he tries to come through the widow and tries to attack me." And he laughed and I laughed.

I took a nap for a few hours through the day. Then I woke up to someone coming into the room. I opened my eyes and saw Cole come in.

He saw that I was awake and I said "is it night?" And he nodded. I sighed and rolled over to one side so he could fit on he bed. He turned off the lights and got in. He was facing my back and he was basically spooning me.

I felt his arm go around my waist and I felt instantly safe. He pulled me close to him and I fell asleep.
