Ever since I told my friends that Seymour and I were officially lovers now, Vinnie was acting like a grade A jackass. I didn't know what the hell his problem was. One night Vinnie was talking all kinds of trash about Seymour while he was in the shower. "What's with that freaky blue antler hair?" Vinnie cackled with laughter.

"DUDE!" I yelled," That is so not cool!"

Vinnie was still going, completely unaware that Seymour was now fully dressed and standing right behind him. "And his fingers! Bro they look like claws!" Vinnie howled. Modo slid his hand across his throat, trying to get Vinnie to stop talking. "Oh come on guys, you all know I'm right! What is it, why you guys looking at me like that?"

Seymour waved his staff and zapped Vinnie with Thunder. "Would you care to repeat that?"

I watched as Vinnie's fur looked like a puffed up roasted marshmallow."Ouch...babe that was a bit harsh," I laughed," he shouldn't have been talking crap-but damn! His fur is gonna be sticking up for a week!"

Another time I found a letter from Vinnie- It was so filthy and smut filled that after reading it I had to purify myself with holy water. It was nowhere near the heartrending and hopelessly romantic letter I'd received from Seymour. Lily asked," What are you doing that for? And what's that?"

"You really want to know?" I groaned.

Raven added," it can't be that bad Eve..."

I gave them the letter to see for themselves. "THAT'S JUST NASTY!" Lily squealed. "Dirty sleazebag!" Raven hollered. I wanted to gag at all the disgusting things Vinnie said in the letter that he wanted to do to me. I didn't care if he was in heat or not-that was absolutely foul!

I felt Seymour's arms wrap around me from behind. "What is that Lady Eve, my love?"

I showed him the letter. I watched his eyes follow every word, going from a deep blue to an irate stormy gray. "That dirty, vile rat!" Seymour said as he cast Fira, completely incinerating that letter," How dare he disrespect you with that vile filth!"

 I had never seen Seymour angry before-and I definitely didn't want to.  Just seeing that icy calm of rage really frightened me. Vinnie walked over, looking very pleased with himself.He was obviously thinking that his nasty note turned me on-it didn't. Seymour tossed his staff aside and slammed Vinnie against the wall. "You vile, filthy, disgusting rodent! If you ever send  Lady Eve that disgusting travesty you call a love letter again- I will PERSONALLY send you to the Farplane!"

  "Not my fault you can't turn a woman on," Vinnie taunted. I flinched as I watched him give Vinnie a strong punch to the jaw. It took both Throttle and Modo to hold Seymour back from almost killing him. "That's enough! Seymour he's not worth it man," Modo said.

   "Seymour you need to calm down,' Throttle said."

Seymour glanced at me and his eyes returned to their natural gorgeous blue hue. "You're right,' he said before embracing me," My sincerest apologies Eve my love. I'd lost it.... you know how much it angers me to see you disrespected like that."

I softly kissed him," Baby... it's okay it's okay," I soothingly said.

I had now idea why Vinnie wouldn't leave me alone, but it was clear that he saw Seymour as a rival
