" so tell me, who is she?"

Groaning, I cover my ears with my headphones, but she snatches it.

" I want to meet her"

I haven't even asked her out. And she wants to meet her.

" Mom, we are not dating"

She looked shocked

" you haven't asked her out? Why, Ashton, go sweep her off her feet. Before its too late."

This was the first time, I will be visiting her in daylight.

I look around the cafe but I don't find her.

" Excuse me, Mister?"

I turned around, only to be faced by a girl who isn't Ella.

" I'm Ella's boy- we are friends, ya, friends. Do you know where can I find her?"

She raises her brows, and smirks.

" Home. She will be sleeping ,most probably"

"Ok"
I turn to leave.

Suddenly she pulls me by collar

" lover boy, do you even know where she lives?"

The piece of paper was burning in my palm. Her address.

I had no idea she lived on the same street as me.

Should I ring the doorbell? Or should I just leave?

I'm not going to chicken out.

Finally, I do what my heart says.

The door opens and there she is standing, smiling at me but with confusion lingering in her eyes.

" Ashton, what are you doing here?"

She looks at me again.

She looks apologetic

we sat down on the love seat together.

When I look at her, it looks as If she doesn't like me.

" I'm sorry Ella, I know you don't like me like that, just forget about what I asked , so yeah, I should go bye ."

I turn around slowly.
I didn't have the courage to face her rejection. I just couldn't .

" Ashton, what if I say I like you too. What if I say I would Love to go on a date with you".

I look astonished. I just couldn't believe that a beautiful girl like her could actually like me.

" you do? Oh Ella , I can't even tell you how happy I'm after hearing a yes."

I wound my arms around waist and pulled her close .
