LPPchapter 4 (the hospital wait)

When got to the hospital everyone was already there waiting!

"Hey you guys, you go home I'll ring you if there's any news"

"No Jordi we're not leaving you mate" Ollie argued I left it at that because even if I do argue with Ollie he'll win anyways so there's no point!

"Why do I always fall for the wrong girls?" I asked

"Don't go there Jordi. You haven't fallen for the wrong girl this time. She's perfect and is lucky to of met you!" Ryan replied and wrapped me in a group hug with everyone.

The nurse came out and I ran to her, "how is she?" I asked her "she's stable and we've done a few tests and there's not anything we're worried about apart from 1 thing" the nurse replied with a sad expression on her face

"What is it?" I asked scared and concerned by now the boys were by my side

"I'm so sorry but she has stomach cancer, it has been growing inside her for about a couple weeks now and we are going to do EVERYTHING we can to get rid of it but I can't promise anything" at that point I broke down, I've known her a day but I love her, she's only 18 she can't die, she's too young to die!

"C-can I go s-see h-her?" I asked through tears

"Of course"

I walked in and she was awake as soon as she saw me she sat up right and burst into tears, I'm guessing they told her the news!

"Hey don't cry come here" I said by now I was by her side sat on the bed with my arms open for her to collapse into which she did!

"I'm s-so scared J-Jordi!" She cried

"I know babe"

"Jordi I don't want to do this alone"

"You don't have to Gem! I know it's sudden and we've only known each other for less than 24 hours but as soon as I saw you I fell in love with you so Gem will you be my girlfriend" I asked and straight away got a reply "yes of course I will" she said and pecked me on the lips "you don't know how long I've waited to do that" she added on the end!
