Chapter 3

ETHANS POV

I saw Alex,my old friend from elementary school,walking to school. I see her everyday but today she was wearing her hair different. I don't normally walk to school but I thought that this could be the chance to tell Alex i like her. I grab my lunch and backpack. Quickly put my shoes on and Sprint out the door shutting it behind me. I slow down as I get closer.
"Hey Alex."
"Hey Ethan."
She glances at my jersey.
"So E you play football."
"Yup I have a game today. You should come."
"Ok." She says smiling.
We walk into school together and I over hear Alex and Brie talking. They say something about me and Alex.
" bye E. " I hear from the sea of students. "Bye Alex." I yell. back. The hallway soon became empty with only Alex and Brie walking down the hallway. I see Alex glance back at me with love in her eyes. Then she walks into a locker. I quickly run up to her and ask if I can take her to the nurse she tells " I'M IN LOVE. " I'M a little confused by this but not too much. I help her up and we start walking. I choose to go the long way. i was walking in front of her and then I turn around and say "I like you." she looks at me and says "Uh..." Then I quickly reply back " It's ok if you you don't like me.. " and she says "uh...no I like you too..." I turn around and continue walking. There's a little bit of silence then she asks "will you go out with me?" I turns around and say "yea when?" "tonight pick me up at 5." she says " Ok. " and we continue down the hallway slowly walking taking glances at each other and smiling.
