Summers coming, baby.
They found a secluded table down the cobbled side street, placing the bucket of ice down on the table, he pulled out the small pastel coloured chair for her, she smiled brightly at him pushing the wine bottle into the bucket and freeing her hands of the two wine glasses. He swept down catching her lips with his, she giggled pushing her sunglasses back up her freckle covered nose.
"Nice and quiet" he observed taking his seat, reaching for her hand over the table, she locked their fingers together, the early summer sun was beating on her back covered in a loose black summer dress. "For once" she added reaching with her right hand to grab the bottle of wine, she shook the excess water from the bottom he uncurled their hands and held the glasses for her, she thanked him with a smile."Summers coming, baby" his voice was thick with his Irish accent something that always sent goosebumps bursting across her skin, she clinked her glass with his taking a sip letting the bubbles pop in her mouth, across her lips. "It's going to be a good one" she nodded stating the fact firmly. "We've got weeks of nothing ahead of us" he was grinning, the first time in their seven year relationship that they would be able to fill their days with each other and anything they fancied doing.
The sun had set, the staff had come to turn on the outside heaters. "People are starting to get curious" she laughed her arms circled round his neck, her small frame curled into his lap, they had finished off two bottles of wine. Their laughter and chatter had filled the back street "because yer so beautiful" Niall winked, the wine bringing out his cheeky side. "No baby because you're Niall bloody Horan" she threw her head back with laughter. "Come on let's go" he turned the final wine bottle upside down in the bucket. She effortlessly sipped from his lap, he took her hand, she steadied herself on her high wedges and the cobbles underneath her feet "Whoops" he chuckled curling his arm around her waist pulling her into his side.
They exited the quiet back street to the loud rush of the road, the gaggle of paps who had been hiding out, they cheered his name. Niall's eyes shone with a mischievous glint she nodded a mutual agreement "Come here, give them a show" he whispered pulling her into his chest, she giggled before his lips planted on hers, she let him dip her at the waist throwing her arms round his neck as the flashes filled the evening. They were going to be tomorrows news.
