Carmen was sitting on her bed right after she got home from her third day of middle school, boring. She was on her phone, browsing on Instagram, until she found a picture of an Instagram model posing on a fountain in California. Carmen stares at the picture, admiring the girl, then Carmen instantly denied her emotion and quickly turned off her phone.
"N-no, I can't be, I can't, I've never had this feeling before! I-I don't know, am I ga-no! Of course not! I like guys too!"
Carmen turned on her phone and stared at the girl again, she admired her so much, then she snapped out of her passionate stare and started searching something on Google.
"am i gay??"
Carmen typed the exact words and pressed enter, the first result was a test on a ad-filled website about being gay. Carmen clicked on it.

Carmen almost clicked "opposite sex" then thought of the model on Instagram, she then clicked, "can't decide". When Carmen clicked the answer she got a sentence that said,

Carmen was afraid to look at the results, but she knew she had too.

Carmen huffed a sigh of relief, then read the rest of the text.
You're not gay, you're bisexual!
Carmen's heart dropped, she didn't know what it meant, but she knew it was not being straight. The reason why Carmen is so scared about being any other than straight is that her mother and father are strict Christians, they only gave her a computer if ALL of her grades were above 95%, they were, so her parents got her an old computer but it still worked okay. Carmen quickly clicked on the search bar and started typing.

Carmen was denying that she was anything else than straight, she closed the computer at an astonishingly fast pace. She was so much in shock, that she forgot to clear her history, forgetting that her parents checked it every night at eight.
