She was gone. That's is all Barry could think of as him and 6 paragons stood around in silence. tears escaped his eyes thinking about how he was supposed to go not Iris or anybody else. One reason he was able to think about dying in the crisis was because he knew had to do it because of Iris. So she could live. But she was gone.
"Barry" Kara said softly placing a hand on his shoulder
"It will be okay we can fix this we can get Iris and the others out!" Barry shook his head, after all, she was the paragon of hope. Wiping his eyes Barry turned around to face Kara
" your the paragon of hope I am the paragon of love how can I help if I just lost the love of my life"
"Look Barry I know it is hard but we need to push through" Barry nodded Kara was right if there was any chance to get Iris and the others back he had to take it. He was about to help come up with a plan when a breach opened and Barry was thrown inside the speed force.
