That's the Way the Cookie Crumbles

Part 4: Leo

I know that all the girls talk too much, especially Grey and Karson. So, I won't start with my morning, although it was great, except for Asher's girlfriend came over. I want to start off where it had happened.

Grey, Ginger, Mitch, Karson, and I walked into the Cookie crumble Bakery. I skipped to back, where I would start working on a cake for a client. I started to work on it, blocking out any noise or distractions.

But, this noise was too powerful for me keep working. The sound of misery at it's finest. I rushed into the front, knocking things down as I ran. Sophie Sharp was lying on the floor, unconscious. Grey was giving her CPR. The mother was yelling something. I think it was "What kind of bakery owner knows CPR!" Anyway, I called 911. Karson was trying to calm down the mother.

Once the ambulance picked up Sophie and her mother, I asked Grey what happened.

"Oh, someone put poison in the cupcakes. I going to go and see if Sophie is going to be okay. See ya soon,"she replied.

I went back to the kitchen and tried to pipe the cake, but I couldn't focus after what happened. I knew that Grey would start to investigate.

Sure enough, Grey started to investigate. This takes place the next morning. Grey walked past me and she was carrying a notebook .

"Leo, can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Sup?"

"I know that you were at the bakery when Sophie was poisoned. The only place that the cupcakes could have been infested with poison was in the back. You were in the back when it happened. Did you have anything to do with it?"

"No, I was in the back working on a cake. I didn't notice that the cupcakes were poisoned. I didn't see anyone come in!"

Grey was furious. She turned on her heel and stormed off.
