I can't get this out of my head, since when is her last name a problem? I've been flying over national city for at least two hours now trying to get a fresh mind but the truth is I'll never get over this. Alex tried to call me a few times and she's gonna be mad at me for ignoring them but I can't help it anymore, the woman I love can't be with me because of her damn last name
„I only want you, forever" At this point I'm talking to myself but it doesn't matter anymore, she doesn't want me, I can't have her.
i know i said i would wait but if it's because of her mother, i'll be waiting forever.
I'm a failure.
I fly straight up, taking a moment to think about everything in detail
for a second i can see it all: animals roaming nature, every single building filled with life, beautiful national city.
but then i let it in, take over.
every bad thought, every bad memory.
i just let it take over. until eventually, nothing.
i let go, allowing gravity to swallow me whole.
The wind feels like it's trying to push me up but my thoughts are pulling me down. I close my eyes waiting for the impact.
'Theres no way back.' finally my body hits the ground, leaving a massive hole in it.
I let the pain take over my body, not trying to escape it.
I'm never gonna be enough
Nobody needs me
I deserve this pain
Why can't she be mine? I don't care about her crazy mother, I want her, I need her. How could I save others if I'm not even able to save myself? Tears now start rushing down my face but not because of the pain spreading through my body, I just can't hold it back anymore.
Lena, I need you
[flashback from the morning]
Kara wakes up next to Lena, holding her close while lena smiles in her sleep. hm i would love to know what shes dreaming about
Kara gets up to make Lena some pancakes for breakfast, but looks like Lena already did it „lena you are not asleep" kara giggles walking back in the bedroom but lena wasn't in the bed anymore. instead she jumps on Kara's back, scaring her and causing her to fly, almost making lena hit her head on the ceiling
Lena starts laughing „you could say I'm not" Kara Cant help but laugh at Lena's silly little prank
„you're crazy" kara giggles flying back down, turning to so she could face lena after having put her down „oh rao" she looks at lena, losing herself in these green eyes looking at Kara full of love. Lena smiles „anything happened?" kara blushes, her face got red really fast and of course lena did see that which caused Lena's to do the same „n-no you're just so beautiful, Lena" kara says shyly looking down
Lena plays with her hair „ that's what I think everytime I see you" kara smiles at her but that happiness didn't hold on for long because of the sadness in Lena's eyes. „wanna eat now? I'm so so so hungry!" kara says having noticed, trying to break the silence between them „sure" lena smiles although Kara sees right through it, its fake.
„This looks so good, thank you" kara says smiling, pointing at all the food lena made for her „anything for you" lena says before getting a message on her phone, „I'm sorry, I have to go...see you later?" she says after sighing sadly „Of course" Kara says trying her best to force a smile,watching lena leave
„lena? Be careful whatever you do"
Kara didn't eat any of the food after lena left, she just jumped out of the window to have a flight over the city
