Meanwhile, in a realm not so far from ours.

Tucked away in a dimension called Believa, there lived a kingdom. The rulers of this kingdom were the Universio family. The queen, Alexandria Universio, and the king, Tybalt Universio. They lived happily, keeping order in the different parts of the world.

There was a simple hierarchy established. At the top stood the king and his family. The next was the people of the kingdom, then, the more poor townsfolk. Most of these were farmer. And at the very bottom sat the, well... To put it simply, the bad guys. Demons, monsters, blood thirsty creatures. Anything the mind could conjure up.

This hierarchy had been in place for hundreds of years. No one would dare to touch it, not even the lowest of the ladder. They knew they had a place. The ones who tried to disturb the pyramid of power quickly were forced into submission by the king and queen. Even if they seemed kind to the public, they had a bit of a ruthless side.

Anyways, back to the story.

The king and queen had two lovely daughters. Galexia, the oldest, and Cortana, the little sister. Galexia was five years older than Cortana at the time of her birth. They were inseparable, and no one had any problem with it. Growing up, their differences became noticable. Despite looking similar, their personalities were more far apart than ever.

Cortana was a lose canon, always happy and joyful. She was as mischeivious as she was playful. Galexia was more reserved. She was kind, smart, and resourceful. As a young child, she was proud to know she would one day be queen. She held her head high, doing everything she could to prepare herself, even if people didn't respect her that much. Cortana, on the other hand, was perfectly fine without of a place of power.

When Galexia had finally turned 19, a horrible sickness fell upon her mother. No matter how hard the people of the land tried, they couldn't find a cure. The queen passed away a few months later, and the king followed soon after, dying of a broken heart.

The coronation ceremony was dreadful, as everyone was still horribly strickened after Alexandria's death. She was finally queen, but at what cost? She lost her parents, and no amount of magic was going to bring them back. She'd been given the family's royal scepter. It was laced with jewels, and had magic flowing through it. It would count as a weapon while amplifying the abilities she already had.

Once she had become queen, though, everyone had finally noticed her. They shouted words of joy, "Galexia, Galexia! Our newest beautiful queen." They'd say.

This was it! She'd finally made her mark on the world. She was queen, and she was going to do her job to the fullest, no matter who stood in her way.

Cortana was the rowdy princess as always. It took her months to get over her mother's death, but once she finally stood up, it'd take 10,000 soldiers to knock her down.

"Galexiaaaa!" Cortana shouted, running down the hall. Cortana was 19 now, as Galexia was 24.

"Galexia, you wont believe this; I finally created my very first attack move!" She shouted as she ran into the throne room. Galexia looked up and gasped.

"You've harnessed your Crystalization? That's wonderful!" She clapped with a grin. Cortana raised her foot and slammed it down, sending a large line of blue crystals at Galexia. The queen raised her staff, stopping them before they reached her.

"Cortana, this is dangerous. Retract them, please." She said simply. Cortana coughed awkwardly, making them sink into the ground, then slither back to her.

"Sorry, I still have a difficult time with how far I should send them-" she was stopped by the sister rushing forward and enveloping her into a hug.

"I'm so proud of you! I was a late bloomer with my Crystalization too, so I understand how you feel. Keep practicing!" She said with a grin, kissing her sister's cheek. Cortana giggled.

"Now, off with you! I have to meet with a few of the townspeople and work out some issues." She said as she shooed her away. Cortana nodded enthusiastically, then took off.

Later, once Galexia had rode her pegasi to meet up the townspeople, she finally learned what was wrong.

"Those nasty monsters have broken through our defenses! They raided our farms and killed half our livestock! No monster around here has murdered anything in years!" The farmer said with a concerned tone.

Galexia nodded with a grim look, "They're probably testing us, seeing what we'll do to defend ourselves. I'll put some of my royal guardsmen out to protect your farm tonight, alright?" she said with a warm smile.

The farmer grinned and nodded, "Thank you, queen! You're the greatest. Those filthy creatures don't stand a chance against you." Galexia smiled and turned, climbing onto her pegasus, Cloud. She flew back to her castle and quickly ordered 2 of her men to protect the farmer's field.

Later that night, while the guards were on duty, it appeared.

"How sweet.. The queen plans to keep me out by placing a few iron men on watch?"

The guards jumped at the voice, readying their swords. "Show yourself, creature!"

A black puddle appeared on the ground, slowly twisting upward until it took the form of a twisted rabbit with chicken legs, leaf ears, and large inhuman eyes.

"Now now, is that any way to talk to a sweet little rabbit?"

The men gulped, hiding behind their shields.

"Cowards. You're all COWARDS. You tremble in front of a simple demon? Your knighthood should be stripped from you for such cowardly acts."

The creature hissed and lunged forward. The only thing left at the scene the next morning was bloodstained armor, rabbit fur, and the signature of the cruel demon ruler. A sinister N, drawn out in the blood of the fallen knights.
