(Clementine's POV)

' I stormed downstairs in fury, my blood boiling under my skin; Lee casually stood at the stove tending to the bacon he was frying the smell intoxicated me in hunger as the burning of strong vodka left my system. "Hey there sweet pea" Lee smiled holding his arms out for a hug. I don't know what came over me; his smile, my mother's betrayal, my father may not be my father, my anger from this messed up situation...I forcefully thrust my fist into his face and clocked him in the jaw, he fell the in anguish rubbing the forming bruise. "ouch is that time of the month?" he chuckled grunting at the sting of my punch. Painful tears welled up in my eyes.

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!" I screamed, "I thought I could trust you!" the calm waves now a waterfall of tears now streaming down my face. "Do wha-"

"You.Slept.With.My.MOM!"

"..Oh so you know about that?" he sighed

"And you got.her.pregnant!" I scoffed in disgust "I thought you respected my dad better than that Lee". He got up and stared nervously into my eyes I looked back at him with rage and disappointment in my glassy golden eyes. Because if looks could kill: Lee would be six feet under.

"Clem.." he stuttered grabbing me by the shoulders I raised my eyebrows in confusion

"I'm your father"

(Louis POV)

'Damn I hope Clem is okay' I thought as I turned on my desktop; all of a sudden my door was burst open " Hey Lou!" I voice chirped it was Sophie wearing unusually large sunglasses, twin #2 before, It used to be so hard to tell her and Minerva apart the sample teal eyes same red hair but then Minnie cut hers short and half-shaved while Sophie kept her long ginger locks. "Oh hey, Sophie!" I smiled getting up from my black leather gaming chair. " How can I help?" I asked. she was twiddling her thumbs I have known her since childhood she is basically my sister she always does that when something is wrong...

"Soph...what's wrong?" I questioned as I put my hand on her should making her look up at me. "well it's me and Mitch.." Wow, I didn't know they were a thing. "Nevermind It doesn't matter I shouldn't be telling you this!" she stammered retreating from me.

"If something going on that has got you this panicked you should tell me"

" Louis it's not that easy!"

"And wouldn't it better without sunglasses indoors?" I joked reaching to remove them

" Louis don-" she whispered

I managed to get them off ... he green eyes barely visible through the puffed up slits black blue red and purple bruises around her right eyelid, her eyebrow had a sharp slit through it I froze.

"Louis.."

"What happened?" I cried cupping her face

"We into a fight because I saw him texting another girl and-" she stopped tears streaming down her battered face. I wiped them with my sleeve

"And?"

" He started choking me.." she sobbed I could see the bright finger marks on her neck " then he beat me first his hands, then his phone...to be ironic" the redhead scoffed.All of a sudden, once again the door flung open causing Sophie to jump in fear.

Before I could even say anything, Mitch lunged at me punishing me in the face I could feel the blood gushing down my nose. "GET OF ME MAN!" I yelled regaining my strength and shoving him into my desk. Sophie was cowering behind me, trembling and shaking in panic. "I can't believe this!" He screamed, "You stupid slut! How are you going to accuse me of cheating when you are standing in his bedroom!"

"What I didn't do anything with him! He actually cares about me ;AS A FRIEND and I came to him for advice about your tendency to be a dick.!" Sophie shouted angrily
"Go in the car"
"She's not going anywhere with you!"
"It's not your decision Sophie go outside and get in the car"Mitch demanded
"No take this relationship as shove up your ass!" She retaliated fuming "You are just a filthy excuse of a man! And guess what? I faked them all! You can't even pleasure me!"
Mitch clenched his fists and made a bee line towards Sophie, grabbing her by her fiery locks forcing her to face him.

I quickly intervened pushing Mitch into the door way "You are making a huge mistake" he grunted gritting his stained teeth. "You are making the mistake of still being here , you know I got 911 on speed dial!" I sneered.
He stormed out of my house with bloodied fists and rage fulling his mind. My nose was still a waterfall of blood. "Sophie..do you need me to take you home or maybe to the hospital or the POLICE STATION!"
"Nah I'll call a Uber no hassle!" She smiled placing her sunglasses back on her face and exiting my abode. What the actual fuck just happened? I just go pay my darlin a visit after my nose stops being a facet. I though pinching the rim of my nose and going to get a tissue.

(Clementines POV)
"I'm sorry Sweet pea" he said softly as he pulled me into a hug. The fuck oh hell no I don't even know who he is anymore. I pushed him away from me "You will never mean anything to me not my dad not my friend nothing...no one cares about you; you don't care about anyone ,that makes you nothing!" I hissed coldly leaving lee standing in the kitchen bacon 🥓 now burnt.

I ran like Bolt up the white winding staircase into my room I slammed the door powerfully , leaving a deafening sound. I can't fucking stay here I'm leaving Ido t care anymore I am not going to let myself be tortured anymore. I ripped a Nike duffel bag from my closet and started stuffing clothes inside. "That should be enough I huffed" as I also took : my dairy, a few stuffed oranges ,other stupid necessities, and my baseball cap which was old and a bit ripped now was also placed in the mix. I yanked my rucksack onto my bag I still gotta study tho! Now it was the hard part: the escape

"Well I either I take the chance or die trying" I told myself as I rammed into my door, -that went flying of the hinges- zipped down the stairs and out the door. I ran for a  few seconds before looking back I saw Lee through the glass kitchen window angrily motioning me to come back. I held up my middle finger at him, jeering at his mortified expression. I didn't realise I was running straight into the road...

I turned around only to feel the mild impact of green jeep hit me I ended up landing on the hood of the car. "Clementine! I'm so sorry!" I heard someone call..
