And so that's the day I sold my time for the devil. As I made my way outside the Meeting Cabin into the cold snow, I noticed that Droop had already prepared my motorcycle. He was dressed in that god-forsaken uniform again... I went over to him, prepared to mock him. "Ready to go 'Seaman Davis'." I said, hopping onto the bikes warm seat. "You bet Garin." He said, jumping on. I floored it, causing Droop to scream as he was not used to my Motorcycles backseat. I then sped off to the wall, making a sudden stop. Droop gasped in cold air in shock. "What the hell Garin!?" Droop yelled. I chuckled, waiting for the patrol units to open the giant log-made gate. You gotta admit, the Motorcycle is hella fast for a Chopper Model... Glad I kept it after the crash anyways. The two Patrol units opened up the gates, motioning us out. I then floored it once more, going at my highest speeds across the snowed-up streets. Droop began to beg me to slow down, I did so.
"Droop." I called out. "Question." I added. "What?" He asked, shaking his head to get the snow off him. "You know anything about the nukes? I figured sense you were in the Millitary." I asked, making a turn into a open feild. "Oh no. No I don't." He said, bouncing on the bike. He's a stubborn one, isn't he? "Say... You are always on that computer of yours. I'm sure you HAVE to know something?" I asked sarcastically. "I do know SOMETHING." He answered. Damn, that was easier than I thought. "They did have a little conflict with Russia and North Korea here and there." Droop said, picking at his chin. "Something about them not getting along and having conflict with eachother." He added. "What kind?" I asked, turning right into a road surrounded by an open feild. "Nuclear and Energy Conflict." He answerd. Droop thought for a moment. "They may have had a bit of a deal with the USA's former enemy ISIS." Droop said. Damn... He's just giving shit away! "Something about Oil?" Droop asked.
Suspected... Of course... Oil.
"Makes sense." I said, nodding as I entered a urban area. A sign near me began to say "Welcome to Anchorage! Population: ABANDONED." Wow, Anchorage really let itself go, huh? We began to enter its desolate area's of the suburbanites. It was abandoned. Alone. Papers flying around here and there. Snow piled up against the streets. I tried to drive faster, attempting to avoid the unsettling feeling of... Being watched? The feeling didn't go away. The closer and closer I got to our destination, the more I felt watched. Maybe it was a Marauder! Or a Farmer! No wait... Farmer's don't hunt. OR A-
"FREEZE!" A unknown woman said in Riot Gear. I immediately stopped the bike, the tires screeching and picking up friction. As soon as we stopped, we were infront of a Urban Underground Train station. The woman noticed us, walking over. "Garin?" She asked. Oh no... It was my old friend Macy Hillfiger. "Oh. Macy." I nodded to her. Droop looked between both of us. "You guys know each other?" He asked. Well DUH Droop. Of course we do. Macy directed her eyes at Droop. "Yes, yes we do." She said. "Cool beans." Droop said, hopping off the bike. Macy then directed her eyes back at me. Aw Shit, here we go again. "Why are you here?" She asked. "I'm here to speak to your Leader." I said. "Me and Droop over there." I added, pointing to Droop eating snow. "Droop, that was on the ground." I said. Droop began to spit the snow out, coughing. Macy began to motion her hand for Me and Droop to follow her into the Underground Train Station. I first parked my Bike on a Bike Rail, Locking it completely and following her. We began down downstairs into the first floor underground. Survivors had tents and makeshift homes set-up all over the lobby. Appeared to make there own weapons and tools, like spears. This would be a hobos dream, if we weren't all hobos. We walked into the train tunnel, torches illuminating the winding, echoing caves of the tunnel. "She should be somewhere on the 3rd floor." Macy said, walking over to a door that was titled: "Stairway". She opened the door, leadingnus down 4 long flights of stairs. Once she was down on the 3rd floor, she immediantly opened the door. Guards stood, getting dressed and armed with weapons. They appeared to be preparing for a watch or some shit. I don't know. Anyways...
Macy ran over to a dark-skinned woman in Riot gear. She appeared to be in her 40's aswell in facial features. The woman peered over to Me and Droop, walking over. "Garin Williams. Deaven Davis." She nodded to both of us. We nodded back. "Follow me please." The woman said, motioning us to follow her into the stairway. When we made it out, she leaned onto the railing, taking out a pack of cigarettes from her pocket. She began to smoke, puffing out heaps of smoke. "Want some Deaven?" She asked Droop. "Sure, I guess." As he took the cigarette, I slapped it out of his hand. "You said You were going to quit..." I threatened with my voice. "Oh! Sorry." Droop appoligized. Wow, I guess I really do care about Droop. The Lady then smashed the Cigar on the railing, throwing it off onto the concrete. "What brings you here?" The Woman asked. "Before we answer, we didnt get your name." I said. "Stephanie." Stephanie answered, rubbing her face. "Okay Stephanie. We came here because of this." I searched in my utility belt, yanking out the gas mask. It had green paint on it and seemed to have some punk-rock theme to it. She began to tremble at the sight of it.
"Sinners.." Stephanie whispered to herself. "What??" Both Me and Droop asked in Unison. She walked over to the Gasmask, yanking it from my hands. Her hands shoke, looking back up at us. "You... Ran into them?" She asked. Droop leaned on the wall, "Only short sightings." He answered. "What are they?" I asked. She went silent, giving the mask back. "They're a group from Nevada." Stephanie answered. "They belive that Jesus himself punished humanity for being sinners. So they went on a rampage, killing and collecting people for there cult-like army." She said. I was still a bit confused. "Why??" I asked. "Because! Everything is controlled by belief! Before this and after it!" Stephanie exclaimed. Droop stopped leaning, becoming attentive.
"They're a problem..." He said. "Yea. They are." Stephanie added. I turned to Stephanie, "That's why we need you to help us face them, give us info on them! Go to war!" I said, making hand gestures as I went along. "Oh No No No. Not again. Thats exactly why we were forced down here..." Stephaine said, trembling. "Forced down here?" I asked. "Yea... We tried to fight them. Not only did we lose, but they were able to find our old village." She turned back to me. "They blew it up. To ash." She whispered. Holy shit... These guys are hardcore...
Not only did they destroy her village,
But they've been watching ours."Did you have allies?" I asked, shaking my head. She looked down, still trembling. "They're gone." She said, directing her eyes up and down at us. "What do you mean?" I asked. She cleared her voice, "They destroyed them to the point of no return." She said.
Droop suddenly pleaded. "Please! We need you! We'll do anything that we have to!" He said. Stephanie looked up, her eyes lighting up. Oh no. Look what you did Droop. "Anything?'' She asked. "With sprinkles ontop." Droop added, smirking. God damn it Droop.
"Well...."
