Darkness. It was all darkness. I couldn't see anything, and it was so silent it was suffocating. I started to panic, but then I realized, wait... I'm a shade, duh. I pushed out my arms and concentrated. The shadows slowly began to part, and... there was nothing behind them? I frowned. This broke my concentration and the shadows suddenly cam rushing back. I screamed and woke with a start.
I blinked. What a strange dream... I thought to myself. I sat up and yawned. I walked downstairs to see Sophia-Marie munching on a strange crumbly blue thing. She waved. "Try if! If taftef goof!" (Try it, it tastes good) she said with a full mouth. She swallowed. "Like cookies!" I hesitated, then cautiously out a small piece in my mouth. "Woah," I said, surprised at the familiar flavor. "You were right!" "Of course," Sophia-Marie scoffed. "I always am!" We both giggled. BAM! The door suddenly slammed open, and standing there was Kelly, looking panicked. "Woah wha-" "HELP SOPHIE- TAM- AND- GOT- CAPTUR-" Kelly yelped. Sophia-Marie blinked. "Slow down. What?" Kelly took a deep breath, and said; "Sophie, Fitz, and Keefe are missing! Tam thinks they got captured!"
