Not so Amity (Divergent based)

Chapter 7

I walk over closer to Four, the other transfers follow.

"Follow me."

We all follow him as told.

"This is the pit." He say gesturing to the huge well... Pit.

There were a bunch a people in black jumping around and screaming. I grinned.

Four looks over at me.

"What's so funny Shay?" He asked sharply.

"Nothing." I respond.

I'm going to like it here.

He leads us to our living quarters.

"For the next three weeks you will all be living here. Training starts tomorrow." Four sys, then abruptly walks away.

Me and Adian choose a bed next to eatch other. There is a change of clothes on the bed. I quickly change embarrassed that everyone could've see me.

I go into the bathroom and look at my reflection. I am startled. I've never seen myself in back. It's always been red and yellow. I look different, I like it.

I walk back over to Adian. He looks out of place in black covering his tiny figure. I hop into my bed.

"Hey Adian?" I ask.

"Hmm?" He replies

"Why did you choose Dauntless?" I ask.

"I already told you. Because I didn't fit in back home." He says sharply. Silence follows.

"Yeah but, why Dauntless of all the factions? I mean, you didn't fit in at Abnegation but what about Candor or Eurdite, or even... Amity." I whisper.

"Because I didn't fit in any of those places either. Now can I sleep?" I asked tiredly.

"Yeah, goodnight." I yawn

"Night." He responds.

It's odd, I've smiled more here in one day than I have my whole life, but did I let down my parents? Who cares, the let me down my whole life. Besides its my choice. Not there's.
