// warm up >> start warming up by doing light cardio 👋 [exercises are coming soon.] like lunges, jumping jacks, stuff like that. \\

❶ try touching your toes >> do this while on the floor and standing up. Flex your feet often [pull back your feet], and hold for one minute. []

❷ backbend >> first, you stand up, then you bend back! But if you're not used to it, start on the floor then push up. hold for one minute. []

❸ try touching you're palms on the floor while stretching!

❹ start doing the splits; you don't have to go all the way down if it hurts. Just go as far as you can. hold for 45 seconds.[]

❺ improve everyday! Motivate yourself to do simple stretches. []

❻ maintain an healthy diet. Drink lots of water , and eat fruits & veggies! []

❼ join a sport; like cheerleading, gymnastics, something that has to do with stretching and flexibility stuff. []

👽Do this everyday and I'm pretty sure your flexibility rate is gonna be high hun.👽
