• split ends >> of course we don't wanna cut off more than we attend to so, cut split ends every 6 months! [ppl always say; "cut it off every 6 weeks!" But really, your hair is getting shorter and shorter. Which we don't want.

• foods >> eat LOTS of veggies and fruits! All of your hair is made of protein, so if we add MORE protein to it , what do ya think will happen ? Yes, it'll grow dude.

• hair masks >> use hair masks every 2 weeks or 1 week. [ill make a chapter for hair masks 💁] you can buy one from the store or just make an natural one, which i prefer :3

• stimulating >> stimulate your scalp often. Like , hang your head upside down , then use your fingers , and rub up and down. [do this all over your scalp.] you could use an essential oil too. Olive oil, rosemary oil, coconut oil, oils like that. [stimulate your scalp for 4 minutes..]

• heat >> please reduce it. Or at least use a heat protecter. Straighten your hair on special occasions. Stay away from blow drying too! Just let it natural dry. [but of course you can still use blow dryers but not that often..]

• washing >> when conditioning hair , massage your scalp. This increases blood-flow to the brain which results in faster hair growth. Wash your hair upside down. Bend over and do your stuff. Also, wash hair with cold water! Or at-least rinse hair with cold water for conditioner! [random tip: brush hair when dry, never wet. Start from the bottom of your hair, then work to the top!]

•water >> completely great for you hair and your body. It keeps your hair moisturized, and skin too.

[you should get "Mane and Tail" shampoo and conditioner bc it keeps your hair really healthy AND when it's healthy it GROWS 👏👏]
