Katsuki Bakugo x Reader: Spaghetti Day

Katsuki Bakugo, the one hot-headed guy in UA that almost everyone knew about due to his temper. And of course, leave it to you to catch feelings for him. After you first met him, you warned yourself over and over again not to fall for him because you believed it would only result in a disaster. Now your heart skips a beat every time you look at him, you're surprised you haven't made a fool of yourself in front of him.

"(Y/n)? Hey (Y/nnnnnnnnnn)! (Y/N)!" Mina shouted as she waved her hand in front of your face continuously. You jolted out if your daydream to look at her with your wide eyes.

"Sorry, guess I zoned out there." You say sheepishly as you rub the back of your neck. She giggles and waves her hand dismissing your apology.

"No, it's okay, I was just gonna ask if you were ready to go to lunch." She says as she stands up and puts her hand on her hips. In all reality, you didn't want to go because she sat at a table with Bakugo, and you've been trying your best to avoid him at all costs in hopes to let your feelings fade away.

"Okay, I guess." You say reluctantly and she squeals as she pulls you up. You knew what she was doing. She knew about your crush on Bakugo and has been trying to get you guys together ever since you told her at her house. You still remember that time she tried to get you guys to talk by "accidentally" pushing you into him in the hallway. Right at that moment, he tried to brace himself but that only resulted in his hand landing on your boob. To say you were embarrassed was an understatement. You wanted to crawl in your bed and stay their for a month or two.

"What's even for lunch Mina? I might not eat today." You ask as the two of you stroll into the cafeteria. It's not that you have a problem with eating, you're actually hungry now, it's just the fact that you're a picky eater. It was hard to please you when it came to food.

"Spaghetti and meatballs. I'm excited!" She gushes as she giggles and rubs her stomach. You giggle along with her and decide that it'll be a good idea to eat. The two of you get in line and wait your turn to get your trays. After thanking the lunch lady, you walk over to the buffet to see if there was any good sides. After deciding on some corn, you turn around abruptly and bump into a taller force, causing the spaghetti and meatballs to go all over your uniform. You gasp as you feel noodles in your hair.

"Oh my God! I'm so sorry, I didn't see you there!" You apologize in a hurried rush. You look up to meet the eyes of Bakugo, and you immediately panic. Knowing his anger, you hunched back a bit. He looks at you with dangerous eyes as he glares at you.

"Watch where the hell you're going and that wouldn't happen, spaghetti head!" He yells out and tears immediately fill your eyes. His soften a bit, but before he could utter another word, you're running out of the cafeteria and to the nearest girls bathroom. Your back hits the wall and you slide down onto the cold tiles and let out a sob. You knew it was a mistake falling for him, but you couldn't help it. And now you're suffering the consequences.

You hear shoes clacking on the ground and stop in front of you. You look up and see Mina looking at you with a sorrowed gaze. You wipe away your tears and gave a weak smile to her. She bends down and looks at you once more with tears in her eyes, and she brings you into a hug.

"(Y/n), I'm so sorry! I didn't know this would happen. I just wanted you to be happy and this happened. Could you ever forgive me?" She says as she pulls back with a hopeful gaze. You giggle and nod.

"You didn't do anything wrong, Mina. It was only me being clumsy." You say as you take her hands. She beams at you and nods.

"Let's get you washed up and we'll get a spare uniform from Mr. Aizawa!" She exclaims happy once again. You smile at her, thankful for her cheery attitude and let her help you stand up.

After washing up and changing into a spare uniform, you had 30 minutes left of lunch so you decided to sit outside by yourself. Mina offered to sit with you, but her growling stomach told her otherwise so you told her to go on and eat. Now you're sitting on a bench looking out at a tree. You think about going home and resting after such an embarrassing incident, but decide against it. You can't be a coward now, especially not towards Bakugo.

"Hey, short stuff." A rough voice calls out. You turn around and see Bakugo walking towards you. You look around to see if he was referring to someone else, but he was indeed talking to you. You gulp and stand up, not trying to be rude by staying seated.

"Yes Bakugo-san?" You reply hesitantly whole keeping your eyes downcast. You hear slight movement and you see his shoes approach you closer.

"I uh, I wanted to say sorry about what I said in the cafeteria. Even though you still should've watched where you were going." He says in a quiet tone, contradicting against his usually explosive personality. You eyes shoot up to look at him and he's looking off to the side, avoiding all eye contact. You smile at him and decide to make a bold move. You inch closer to him and reach on your tip toes to give him a kiss on the cheek. He makes a strangled noise and his eyes immediately land on you.

"W-What was that for you damn idiot?!" He shouts in a flustered manner. You silently laugh as you look down.

"I like you Bakugo-san. A whole lot." You say shyly as you nervously tug at the end of your borrowed uniform. You hear him let out a breath as he sighs.

"Katsuki." He says in a hushed tone.

"Huh?" You ask as you look up to meet his eyes again. He reaches out and grabs ahold of your fidgeting hand.

"Call me Katsuki. And I like you too." He says with the smallest smile on his face. You beam up at him and hug him. You halfway expect him to push you away, but you feel his arms wrap around you in a loving embrace.

"Does this mean we're together now?" He asks, not used to feeling this way towards anyone. You pull away and look up at his blushing face.

"Hm. Yeah, I'd like that a lot Katsuki." You reply and kissed his cheek. You pull back while blushing and look down. He pulls your face up and leans down giving you a kiss. It was slow and sweet, nothing that you would expect out of him.

You were definitely happy now. You were glad you decided to get lunch on spaghetti day.
