Pidge's P.O.V

I spent the rest of the day next to the cryopod. I feel like I'll be doing this a lot. (A/N: Definitely not forshadowing( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) When it didn't open that day, I stayed there for the night. just when I was drifting off to sleep at 12:58 am, I heard the pod open. I ran to catch Y/N from falling.She fell on top of me. "W-what h-happened?" she asked. Once she realized she was on top of me, she turned a bright pink color and got off while wincing in pain. "Why do you do this to yourself, Y/N?!" I yelled. "I've always been like this, don't you remember, Katie? Or would pigeon bring back memories? Man, Matt doesn't have two siblings." she said. I started to remember and I hugged her. I remember all of the parodies of hamilton, heathers, and star wars songs we made by using math equations as a beat. I remember all of the sleepovers and play dates we had when we used to rant about people not color coding things and talk about how much soda we would need to build a bottle rocket to send to the moon. I also remembered that I- no. I didn't li- I did love her. A lot. "I'm sorry for forgetting." I said. "There there, Katie." she said.

Y/N's P.O.V

I just remembered what happened. Everyone discovered my secret. I heard the door open. It was all of the other paladins, Coran, and Allura. Everyone joined in on the hug, even Keith. I started crying. "I'll never do that again!" I lied. That's just how I cope with my trauma. After that cry fest was over, Pidge walked me to my room. "Hey, Y/N?" she asked. "Yeah?" "Can I sleep in your room tonight? I just want to make sure that nothing happens to you." she said. I nodded. Okay, maybe I won't cut for a little while. I started to remember back before Kerberos to all of our sleepovers. I remember that I have a crush on her. My heart was pounding. She left to get her things. "Move over." she said. I giggled and moved to the side of the bed. She lay down next to me and we dozed off.

I was back in the garrison and I kissed Pidge in front of everyone. I put her into a dip and began to make out with her.

I gasped in a sweat. I silently got out of bed. I went to the training deck. "Begin level one." I said. After a while, I began to zone out. A robot began to charge at me until someone interfered. "End training session." Shiro said. "Ending training session 144." the robot voice said. "I could've hit it myself, Shiro." I said. "Something seems to be bothering you. Mind telling me what's on your mind?" he said. I sat down next to him on the benches and drank some water or whatever that was. "H-how did you know you liked b-bo-" "Boys?" "Yeah." I said. "I noticed that all of my friends got into girls at around that time and I was the only one that wasn't dating any girls yet. Then I met Adam and everything was just so clear to me from then on." He said. "Why do you ask, Y/N?" "I- uh...I like girls. I knew before the incident, but I haven't really been sure until now." I said quietly. "I fully support you. Of course I do, I'm gay myself, so of course I support you, Y/N." Shiro said. I gave him a hug and immediately fell asleep on his shoulder. When I woke up I was back in my room with Pidge. We walked to the kitchen together and sat down next to each other.
