Chapter 38: Jealous

Sua woke up early to make breakfast, Sua saw Siyeon laying down on the couch, probably drunk.

Sua went to the kitchen and made some waffles for them. Sua grabbed the butter and notice the butter was slightly discolored.

"Thats weird, and how did I even notice that..?" Sua muttered. "Its not even expired.."

Sua looked around the room and notice there was a framed picture of Siyeon hung up at a window. "Pretty... but who put that there too?"

Sua removed the frame to see the glass was cracked. "Someone's been here, better not use the butter." Sua looked at the picture again.. It was Siyeon's birthday last year, "Wait.."

Sua checked her phone to check the date; October 2. "I MISSED SIYEONNIE'S BIRTHDAY?! That explains the birthday cake in the fridge.." Sua facepalmed to herself.

Sua heard Siyeon's soft yawn. She peeked around the corner and saw Siyeon awake.

She sat down next to her. "Siyeon.. Sorry for missing your birthday so.. Wanna go out tonight?"

"Sua..? Oh, Sorry, Yoohyeon invited me to eat dinner tonight." Siyeon politely rejected.

"Ugh, fine." Sua got up amd goes to the kitchen to make oatmeal instead. Siyeon goes into the shower.

She finishes showering and ate with Sua. Both of them remained quiet as Sua was still mad about Siyeon going with Yoohyeon instead.

Sua got into the shower and gets ready after eating aswell. Both of them got imto their respective cars and goes to their office.

She thought Jiu was late so as Dami, She was usually the first one in. Madam Yeeun arrived, Jiu still hasnt arrived.

"Good morning, where is Jiu?" Madam Yeeun asked. Everyone shrugged.

Sua noticed Handong glaring intently at Siyeon. She ignored it.. The elevator dinged and Jiu stepped out of the elevator, first thing Sua noticed is that Jiu was wearing her round glasses...

"Jiu? Why are you wearing your glasses?" Asked Sua. She expected Jiu to answer, but she ignored Sua and sat down.

"Jiu, Are you really alright?" Siyeon tried to ask.

"Yeah, just didn't get enough sleep last night."

"You always dont get enough sleep and you dont act like that, Maybe food will cheer you up," As Siyeon said that, Yoohyeon gave Jiu a choco pie.

"No thanks," Jiu shook her head.

"Jiu refusing food? Who are you and what did you to do Jiu?"

"Wheres Dami?" Sua spoke. "Dami? Shes still sick." Gahyeon explained.

Jiu spoke, "What? Is she okay? Does she need medicine? I can buy it fo--"

"There goes overprotective leader, No, shes okay.. I think, Probably from the injection that Nayeon put on her.."

"News is that your sister group has returned and took your mission but we have a new mission for you." Spoke Madam Yeeun. Gahyeon spoke up, "Uh.. We have a sister group?"

"Before you and Handong arrived. As you know they were called MINX and their sister squad Dalshabet. They took a 1 month  vacation and never came back." After a second of silence and shock, Madam Yeeun spoke again. "This is another solo mission. Jiu already went so someone else will do it,"

Sua raised her hand, "I'll do it." She expected Siyeon to stop her like last time but she was silently talking to Yoohyeon

"Okay, this is an undercover mission, agent. A while back, Dami found that there will be a gathering. I need you to sneak in and stop what bad they're up to,"

"Roger that." Sua did a salute and sat back down. "Lunch time, girls. Dismissed."

Dreamcatcher was a little confused since Madam Yeeun usually just says 'Dismissed'.

They headed to the cafeteria anyways. Jiu finally ate some food, stealing Siyeon's food when she wasnt looking.

Jiu's phone dinged, "Sorry, girls... gotta go." Jiu stood up, grabbing another bagel on the way out.

They continued to chat, Sua passes the members unnoticed and follows Jiu in a distance.

Jiu stopped walking and looked around. Sua hid around the corner. Jiu continued to walk, Sua looks over and sees where she was headed; The TWICE base.

Sua safely follows Jiu. "Hakyeon? You here? Oppa?" Jiu whispered loudly. N walked up to her, Jiu didn't even see him.

N touches Jiu's shoulder, "I cant see you.. or hear you.."

N punches Jiu, making her bleed. N started to write on the floor using Jiu's blood.

He wrote; im sorry for that Jiu. Only Sua can see me. Sorry if i punch u a few more times.

"Okay then," Jiu sighed. "Uh.. Wheres Ravi and Leo?"

"Sorry Jiu but they already tried, shes never getting back." N wrote on the floor.

"Fine... Its alright," Jiu sheds a tear.

N writes, "Lets go to a more calm place." Jiu nods

'Whos dead..?' Sua thought to herself.

Jiu and N headed to a hill nearby. Jiu sat down.

N wrapped his arm around Jiu's. "What are you doing.."

Sua decides to give them some alone time and heads to her own home.

On her way there, A baby wolf caught her eye.

"Aw~" Sua shot a killer smile at the wolf. While Sua was distracted, she got attacked.

Two men got both of Sua's arm. "Is this the girl boss?" Said one of the men.

"Certain."

Sua struggled to get out of their grasp, they were about to drag her into their car when the man on her right let go of her.

Sua punches the the other one and saw that the baby wolf bit the man's leg. "Thank you," Sua picked up the wolf and ran inside the house.

"Hm, I wonder how you got here, baby wolf... Uh I should name you for now." Sua thinked of a name, "...Timber?"

The wolf let out a bark, "Timber it is!"

Sua heard an motorbike engine outside with 🎶nan byeonhameobsi kkumeul jihwihagetji son hana kkattak eobsido chungbunhi🎶 as the song playing.

A motorbike stopped infront of the house. It had the familiar dreamcatcher mark on it, It was Handong's. She knocked on the door.

Sua opened the door. "Hey, what are you doing here, Dongie?"

"I wanted to talk to you." Handong stepped inside.

"So.. Whats up?" Sua sat down next to Handong. Sua noticed Handong was sitting in Timber's spot. "Wait, Stand up!"

Handong raised an eyebrow and stands, Timber wasn't there. Probably explored the house. Handong sat back down.

"Anyway, I think we should seperate Yoohyeon and Siyeon." Spoke Handong.

"Yes, I know but.. she seems happy with Yoohyeon." Sua lowered her head.

"We should! Rock paper scissors to 5. If I win, we seperate them. If you win, we dont." Handong crosses her arms.

"Deal, Im the master of rock paper scissors. Everyone bows down to me." Sua flips her hair.

"As if,"
