Nightmares

She was silent, confusing her by his words, the look in his eyes was so pure but she thought he is just confusing her by saying those words. She pushed him back

"No i am not coming back. I am not going to execute your plan anymore. I already said i left"

"Fine...."

"Fine" he said fine what is going on in his mind

" yes, but just don't leave me"

  He sighed "i don't know what is between us that makes me crazy for you. The day i saw you coming out of the police station, you were breath-taking but the moment you leave, you passed by me. It was like my heart was shattered..." & she was scared that her heart will shatter because of him

He continued "i never did relationship but when it comes to you i want to try everything. I don't care what name you give to it but i want to try"

She stood silent to believe him or not but words came out that she regretted " i think you should leave"

He can't control anymore he want her back, no matter what

"Please just forgive me. I am sorry, i......... if you want me to beg you i'll do it but don't shut me out, don't leave me"

With that he was already getting on his knees. She wanted to forgive him but can she?

He was on his knees, he was holding pain in his heart " i... am so sorry. Sonia, i ....."

She immediately leaned down on her knees & grabbed his hands "i forgive you"

He looked in her eyes & slow smiled appeared on his face "Sonia, i....." but before he could say anything more she hugged him tight encircling her arms around him, one hand in his hairs caressing it, she can feel a slight pain in her heart holding him, she was feeling his beating heart.

That was it for him he sighed in relief & embraced her by putting arms around her waist & pulling her more close. They remained in that position for long, hugging each other without saying anything still on their knees. The silence was more nice than talking. Sometimes silence can do many things that things or words can't.....

Her bedroom wasn't big but it was kinda cozy to sleep, he was in deep sleep but she was wide awake, thinking why was she here? the things between them have changed a lot, how things were at starting she was just there to execute the plan without getting caught but now she is involved with him, him......

she turned towards him, seeing him sleeping soundly on her uncomfortable bed, his small little hairs falling on his forehead, dancing with the wind coming in her room from the window, she wanted to put them back but her hand stopped when she heard little whimpers from him

she stopped looking at him, when she saw discomfort on his face. Slowly his whimpers grew louder, she shook him trying to wake him up but he just squirmed on the bed in his sleep. she caressed his face with one hand and other held his hand trying to wake him up from his nightmare.

He only squeezed her hand tight, shaking in his sleep, she whispered soothing words to him as he wasn't getting up from his sleep

"Hey....its okay, wake up its just a nightmare"

His other hand went to her waist and squeezed her hard, she felt bad pain there but she kept it up to hold him and lower his whimpers

"You're okay, i am here. Open your eyes, i am right here"

she caressed his face, wiping his sweat off when he abruptly woke up pushing her on bed harshly holding her down, his hold was painful on her waist, she kept calling him but he couldn't hear

"Vicky, VICKY......." she screamed

He knocked out off his trance looking down, he saw his hold on her waist and tears in her eyes, he sat up, she slowly got up, he was holding his head as it was paining really bad. she looked his way and saw he was still shaking from his nightmare, she went near him encircled arms around him, his head rested near her heart and other near his shoulder rubbing slowly trying to loosen his pain

His breathing became normal, he encircled his arms near her waist when she hissed in pain, he remembered he held her there harshly, he bit down his lip. How can he hurt her, he promised to protect her but now.......he couldn't look in her eyes-he thought

She caressed his face and made him look at her but he denied, she turned his face up towards her, he looked in her eyes when he heard her angelic voice

"Hey, are you okay?"

He slowly pushed her top up, seeing a red bruise forming on her skin, pain shoot through his body thinking as he is the reason for this, he caressed the spot with his thump and heard her hiss in pain

A little drop of tear made his way from his eyes, she immediately turned his face towards her, he though blinked it away, she held him against her, holding his head near her heart

He spoke in pain "I don't know why i keep hurting you" he whimpered

"Hey....i am okay" she caressed his face

"No......"

She held his face cupping with her hands "Listen to me, you didn't do it on purpose. i know you will never hurt me consciously"

"but i did now, what if i hurt you again like this?"

"Then i will hold you till you calm down like now, make you listen to my heartbeat so you would know i am right here for you"

He kissed her forehead taking her in his arms, he slide in bed. Her head rested on his warm chest, he caressed her hairs, she love that when he do it, making her feel content to no bound.

"My nightmare......"he spoke "I feel all the torture they gave me in prison, so when somebody touch me all i think is to strangle them to death"

She gulped down "You wanted to do that to me"

"Yes and no.....i wanted to but when you hold me tight i came out off the trance"

She rubbed his chest saying "Don't worry, i am right here, i won't let those memories haunt you" her hand made its way to his nape caressing his hair

he chuckled "and i was thinking i will be your protector"

"We all have our bad memories that we want to forget but it haunt us, so we all need one protector that will help us, protect us"

"What are your bad memories?"

she sighed "Well....losing my loved ones"

"Don't worry you'll always have me"

He hugged her tight as she drifted off in sleep
