CHAPTER 10

I woke up and got ready to go to the hospital to see my dad when I was all ready I walked in the den and wrote a note to trey

"goodmorning baby I'm going to the hospital to see daddy you can stop by when you get up if you want I didn't want to wake you but love you bye".

I sat it om the table and walked out and got in my car and drove to the hospital I had to pay so I could park I did and walked in I was hungry so I bought me some Mac Donald's and walked to the room I opened the door and walked in

"hey princess".he said calmly

"hey daddy".trying not to cry

"heyyyy don't look so sad I cool I feel alot better".trying to make me feel better

I smiled and sat down and ate and we just talked I threw my wrapper in the trash and said

"Soo dad what's really wrong".smiling

"well baby I have cancer".he said dropping his head

I couldn't say anything my dad has cancer I couldnt believe this I felt the fresh tears run down my face and my vision blurred from them my dad then said

"but therea a chance we can beat it and I wont be leaving here".

"daddy is this the reason you came back".

he shook his head

I put my head in my hands and sobbed

"Heyyyyyy its okay come here".

I got up and layed down in the bed with him

"don't cry for me I'm always gonna be with you maybe not physically but I will always be with you".

"daddy please don't talk like that I caint think of you not being here I lobe you and I'm glad you came back to see me".

"I am to my princess".

I smiled and the door opened i sighed and Liz said

"oh your here".smiling

"hey Liz".

she waved and looked at my dad and got teary eyed he said

"Heyyy its okay come here".

she put her purse down and walked over to us she bent down and he kissed her forehead and started mumbling stuff even though she's my step mom it seems like my dads happy so I'm happy I really missed my daddy she wiped her tears and sat down in the chair my phone rang and I sat up and answered it

"hello".my voice cracking

"hey baby are you okay".

"yeah hey trey".

"how's your dad".

"alright I guess".

"okay well I'm going out with the guys all day so don't wait up".

"yeah wateva bye".

"are you okay I mean I don't have to go if you need me".

"Noo Noo go have fun with your boys but not to much fun".

"yes ma'am love you bye".

"love you to bye".

he hung up just the fact that he would give up his friends for me made me smile It was 1:45 I've been here all day I think I should let Liz and my dad have some private time I got up and said

"okay I'm gonna head out but ill be back".

"alright love you princess".

"love you to daddy".
