Jennie Kim One Shots

1) Jin - BTS

Mark Tuan had been my crush since childhood. He is my superhero who
protects me from children who tried to bully me.

As soon as class ended, I quickly packed my things inside my bag before running to catch up on him.
"Mark!" I shouted halfway from where he's standing. He looked at my direction and smiled at me.

I suddenly noticed a girl standing beside him and I stopped from my tracks when I saw him holding her hand.

"Hi Jen, do you need anything?" he asked.

"W-Who... is she?"

The girl smiled at me before speaking, "I apologize for not introducing myself. Im Nayeon, Mark's girlfriend." she lended a hand for me to shake.

Girlfriend? My eyes looked up at Mark, like I really didn't believe what she said. Why didn't he told me about her? How long have they been together?

Tears started forming in my eyes but I tried to held it in. I don't want him to see me crying to remove any suspicion of jealousy but the way I acted, I think it's very obvious.

"It's nice to meet you too, Ms. Nayeon." Jin suddenly appeared beside me and shook her hand for me.

"And you are?"

"Kim Seokjin." he said, wrapping his arm around my shoulders as he pulled me closer to him, surprising me. "I'm Jennie's handsome boyfriend."

"How come you never told me about him, Jen? We could have met each other formally." Mark reacted, while I just stared up at him.

You didn't tell me about Nayeon either. I was about to say it loud but my mouth wouldn't open, feeling numb.

"She was just shy to say it." Jin answered for me again.

"Well then, I wish you a strong relationship. Take care of my Jennie, okay?"

My eyes slightly widened. My Jennie? "I guess we'll be going. See you."

They started walking away and I was about to catch up on them when Jin held my hand, stopping me from my tracks. Now, the tears I tried holding back started rolling down my cheeks.

"Please... don't go." I whispered.

"Don't go after them. Stop hurting yourself." he muttered.

I faced him with my tears this time. "Let me go." I said softly.

"Stop pushing yourself to him, Jen. It's no use."

From the floor, my eyes travelled up to meet his. "My Jennie." I started. "He said it earlier and I heard it loud and clear."

"Jen."

"He called me his. I heard it with my own ears. I need to---"

I was cut off when he pulled me in for a hug, pressing my ear against his
chest, hearing his loud heartbeat.

"Stop it. You don't need him." he whispered.

I wasn't able to stop myself and I started crying in his arms. He gently stroked my hair, comforting me.

"Sshhh. Everything's going to be alright. I'm here." I felt myself getting comfortable at his words.

"T-Thank you... Jin." I said in between my sobs.

I felt him nod. "Anything for you."
