Sorry it's been ages, I had a tough time trying to figure out more ways to utilize the website idea.
So. Anyways.
I have a request for you!
Could you guys come up with some ideas for polls that they could vote for? Like 'Best Movie of *Year*' , or 'Most Overrated Horror Film' or something like that.
And then they'll react to the results of the poll in the subsequent chapter.
Do you like the idea? I sure do. It may be partially because of my old obsession with polls, but I hope you like it as well.
Now, for the big announcement:
I came up with an awards show
:D
It's called "The Bookworm Awards"
So, basically how it works is throughout the chapter I would summarize the selected book from start to finish, pointing out cool character moments and stuff like that.
And then after that, I have 5 awards that I would give to respective parts of the book.
They are as follows:
The Bookmark of Fame: Best Chapter
The Smudged Title: Worst Chapter
The Hero of Glory: Best Character
The True Statement: Best Quote
And, finally, the interesting one:
The Genre Award: Changes depending on the genre of the book.
And then I'd give it an overall decimal score from 0.1 to 10.
