A normal day passed by no holidays or interruptions to a normal day.
" Mommy?" I heard Rose mumble tugging on my apron. I turned from the stove and knelt to her height," Yes honey?"
"There is a man in the den." She said chirpily.
My eyes nearly popped out of my head. A man???? I swallowed," What do you mean, a man?" Before her explanation, I rushed to the living room, ugh GEEZ LOUISE!
" Dustin? What are you doing here!?" I grunted.
He let a smug grin," I talked to Mark. And.. I wanted to know if you'd want to get a drink with me tonight."
I gasped, "Gee I'd love to participate in underaged drinking!" I exclaimed sarcastically.
He groaned," Oh yeah I forgot you were a baby."
"I turn twenty soon FYI."
"Well, I'm twenty-one and a half!"
I groaned," Whatever. The answer is no." I stomped to the kitchen.
He followed me in," Come on Pitts why you always gotta be like this?"
"You mean why am I responsible?" I grabbed the box of noodles pouring them into the pot trying to get dinner ready.
"Alfredo? You haven't changed a bit" he chuckled.
I glared," Fine." Did he give up? "I'll just see you tomorrow, at 10 o'clock sharp. Two pancakes, eggs sunny side up with a side of hashbrowns, drink: Coke." I stood there speechless as he waltzed out of my house after placing his order. And.. who drinks a coke with breakfast??
"Wait!" I ran to the door and down the stairs. When I got to the parking lot he was already in his car, "Yes Angry Bird?"
I internally punched him," You can't do that!"
"Do what?" Oh, snap, what can't he do again?
"Um.. you can't..."
He laughed," See you, tomorrow Love." And left. HE FLAPPING LEFT.
