"Could he really be that into me? Is all of these even any reali? But he's only been around here a month! The way he looks at me, his body language and composure, it's different from the vibe the other boys give. Or could it just be me? Am I just making up excuses for him? I mean I caught him looking at my photos and he had a bulge in his pants... a pretty one too" Benita giggled to herself as she walked down the flight of stair to locate the uber driver outside as he had notified her that he was already here.
"But what if I like him? It's not like he's ugly or anything and he's really book smart too... all of the other hot boys in the school are mostly airheads"
"Well you have to ditch that thought benn, you can't like him"
"But what if I do inner me? I think he's cute"
"You'll break his heart Bennie, and you know it"
"How can you be so sure about that?
"Because we are one Bennie, and also because a broken container cannot house whatever you pour into it Bennie, that's how!"
"Uhmm... yeah I don't want anything serious, but I also don't know, I'm confused, hella confused about him and it makes me want to try"
"If you say so Bennie
"So where are we going now?" She was interrupted and jolted back to reality by Mike.
"You'll see" she replied
"Is it going to be out of the estate?" Mike inquired again
"Yes we are" Bennie replied. "We are off somewhere on the mainland, I'm guessing you don't go out much, or haven't had a trip out this far since you got here"
"Yeah! you're right, that's thoughtfully awesome" Mike said feeling a little embarrassed.
Bellview estate is a very place, it was like a town of it own. They had a mall, a cinema, ice cream shops, restaurants and basically almost everything you need, so his mum had never really let him or his sisters go out of estate, even when they had asked for a tour of the city.
Benita's phone chimed. "That must be the uber guy... yes! He's here" she said pointing towards the car park,
"We have to walk to the car park as security wont let him go beyond there"
"Oh okay... let's go then" mike retorted excitingly
They got to the park, and entered the cab after comparing the plate numbers with the one displayed in the app.
"Can I start the trip?" The driver asked politely
"Yes please!" Replied Benita in the meekest and sweetest voice too.
Mike was astounded to see that side of her, she always had sounded bratty and mean girlish since he'd known her, but he chose to keep the thought to himself.
"What are you thinking about now 'new boy' " ? Benita cuts in
"Uhm... nothing" he smirked
"Liar!"
"So where are we going?" Mike asked deliberately in a bid to change the topic
"I don't know" she rolled her eyes dramatically and hissed back at him
"But you're the one taking us out " mike said amidst laughing
"Yeah, I know that!" She responded "and now I'm telling you I don't know, since you won't tell me why you had that stinking smirk on your face me"
