Wakanda

This was no accident. She was a target. His enemies found out the truth and went after her. Now she's dead. Her blood was now on his hands. And he didn't know what to do.
The house glew in a bright yellow like the sun. Even though it was a horrific sight, the colors made it the most prettiest thing.
"Umama?!" Oh, no. He looked over at the tall grass and saw a young child emerge from them. Looking no older than 5 or 6. His heart shattered as he looked between the burning home and the young girl.
Clearly, she could not understand what was going on. She couldn't understand why her home was lit, or who the strange man was that was standung across from her.
"King T'Chaka, there's nothing left to slavage, we must go." Oakima, the man, King T'Chaka's, head general spoke as he nodded along, although his body said otherwise when he slowly approached the young girl.
She looked up at him, confusion, sadness, and frighten was written all over her face. He knelt down in front of her, while removing his mask. The young girl got a better look of the man and she was no longer terrified.
T'Chaka sat his mask on the ground before he gently placed his hand on her shoulder.
"Do you have a name, little one?"
The girl was slient for a moment before she slowly began to stutter out, "Aminah."
T'Chaka nodded slowly then he looked over at the still burning home.
"Do you..know what happened, Aminah?"
"Bad men came into our home. Umama told me to run into the field and don't look back. I ran and ran, I hide the grass until I thought it was safe to come back." She explained as T'Chaka sighed softly. "Where is Umama?"
"Umama..had to go away for a while. But, she told me to take care of you. To make sure you're safe." T'Chaka said as Aminah looked at the home and then back at T'Chaka.
"Okay." The King nodded before he stood up and held onto Aminah's hand as they made their way back to the jet.

"T'Challa, didn't I tell you it was time for your rest?" The Queen, Ramonda, stated playfully as she giggled at her son.
"I'm waiting for Utata to return! He promised he would tuck me in tonight." The young boy, T'Challa, said as he looked out the window in excitement. The boy saw a glow of blue and realized that his father was back.
"He's here! Let's go greet him, Umama!" T'Challa exclaimed as he ran out of his room and down the hall. Ramonda laughed softly before she followed behind.
When T'Challa made it outside, the jet was just landing and his father was coming off the jet.
"Utata!" T'Challa ran up to his father and hugged him tightly. T'Chaka laughed at the sudden impact before hugging his son back.
"How are you doing, my son? I swear you are getting stronger everyday!" T'Chaka exclaimed as T'Challa laughed. "I was waiting for you to come home, Utata! You promised to tuck me in!"
"Indeed, I did, my son. And I will. But first..I would like you to meet our guest." T'Chaka said before he looked back on the ship.
"It's okay, little one. You can come out. No one will hurt you." He stated quietly as T'Challa looked into the shadows of the ship. A young girl, a little younger than T'Challa emerged from the shadows, her pale skin marvelled in the moonlight and her bright caramel eyes glistened in terror.
T'Challa raised an eyebrow in confusion before he looked up at his father.
"Who is she, Utata?" T'Challa asked as Aminah hid behind T'Chaka in fear.
"T'Challa, this is Aminah. She will be staying with us." T'Chaka said as T'Challa looked at the young girl. She looked away, thinking she wasn't going to be liked very much.
T'Challa's emotionless face quickly turned into a bright face and he held out his hand.
"I'm T'Challa."
Aminah looked at him before looking at his hand. She slowly but carefully took his hand into her own and shook it.
"Hey, do you want to see something? Come with me!" T'Challa exclaimed as he ran off. Aminah looked up at T'Chaka, who nodded and she ran off after him.
"T'Chaka, would you like to explain why there is another child roaming around? An outsider?!" Ramonda asked as she approached her husband with a confused face.
"Ramonda...I found Khalifa's home." T'Chaka simply but quietly said as Ramonda's glare quickly softened. "Her home was burned to ashes. The young girl, her daughter, was by herself in the fields. Meaning..Khalifa was left in the house to die. It must have been Klaw. He's the only one who knew."
"How did he know?" Ramonda asked in concern as T'Chaka shook his head. "I do not know."
The two stood in slience before T'Chaka took his wife's hand in his own.
"Ramonda, I couldn't leave the young girl out there to die. Khalifa was our friend and that is her daughter. I couldn't allow it." Ramonda nodded in understanding before he kissed her forehead.
"It's late, Love. Let's get some rest." T'Chaka said as Ramonda smiled and nodded before walking off.
"My King, what is REALLY going on?" He heard as he turned to see Oakima approach him. "That little girl isn't just any little girl, is she?"
"I cannot say for sure, Oakima. She will find out when she is older. Until then, she must not know. For her Umama's Sake."
