My Life (Claire)

Hi, I'm Claire. This is the story of my life.

I'm just an ordinary girl living in a city. My life, my job and my love life isn't really great here.

My Dad runs a small but successful company, my Mom died after giving a birth to me. I work at Dad's company as the CEO there, it was stressful I couldn't have anytime for myself.

I have a boyfriend. His name is Lucas, a pervert. I don't really love him. My Dad recommend him as my boyfriend. At first I refused but my Dad force me to date him. Our relationship was loveless, and 2 months after "dating" him, we fell in love with each other but a month later he broke my heart. He cheated on me. I blame my Dad and he said he was sorry and since then he let me make my own decisions.

A month had passed and it's almost Winter 30th meaning that this year is about to end. I had just gotten back hone from work and I decided to read some magazines, something caught my eye. It's an advertisement about a beautiful farm. At that moment I imagined myself living at a farm at a small town, the peaceful life there, how fun it would be to bath the cows, ride a horse and play ball with a dog. I decided to quit my job, it's crazy I admit but working at a farm seems more fun and less stressful than working as a CEO. My Dad wasn't really happy with my decision but I warn him not to control my choices and like it or not he finally agreed but with one condition. In 2 years my farm has to be successful or else I have to get back to the city and work as the CEO at my Dad's company again.

I immediately called the advertisement. I arrived at the small town at Spring 1st and when I arrived at the farm, I was a bit disappointed. It was EXPECTATIONS VS REALITY. But I've reached here, It was a long journey so there's no turning back. I was furious and hit the mayor but in the end I decided to develop this farm and the mayor is going to help, thank goodness.

I decided to rest for today and start tomorrow. The next morning I woke up at 6 and the mayor was standing in front of the door. He explain some stuffs to me and after that he left, when he left a guy named Zach came. He explain to me that he will be the one to collect all of my shipments every 5pm everyday except for holiday.

After they left I decided to walk around the town to get to know this place better. The first shop I saw is a blacksmith shop, I decided to go there. When I go in there's two men arguing.

"WHAT? EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT! COME ON"

"What's wrong with it?! The answer is inside of you! You have much to learn!"

I decided to speak up for abit to at least break their argument for awhile and hopefully introduce myself as a new resident here.

"E-excuse me-"

"WHAT? IF YOU HAVE NOTHING-"

"Gray! How dare you talk to a costumer like that!"

"S-sorry" the man named gray??? Just sigh and leave. I think I was interrupting them.

"Welcome"

"H-hello, I'm Claire, I'm new here"

"Saibara. You're the one who buys the old farm, correct?"

"Y-yes"

"Well then if you need to fix and upgrade your tool just bring it here, a farmer's tool needs to be in a perfect condition"

"Okay then thank you" I got out of the shop and the first person I see when I get outside was the man named Gray. I decided to talk to him.

"Hey, are you okay?" His face was a bit...surprised?

"Yeah, sorry about earlier I didn't mean to be rude it's just that my gramps have been giving me a hard time, he never approves any of my work. I'm ready to quit, I feel stupid you know?"

I give him a warm smile and said "it's called TRAINING" his eyes widened, ot was like he had realized something

"You're right, I'm such a wimp. Sorry for complaining so much thanks alot, I don't get what my gramps is saying now, but I think the time will come. Just keep trying. Sorry uh..."

"Claire"

"Okay I'm Gray, sorry claire but I got to go back to work now and thanks!"

"No problem!"

And with that he get back to his work.
