The gift

This is bad, I still can't decide what to make for Claire. A necklace? Nah too common, a ring? Nope, she works at the farm where her hands needs to work hard, a brooch? Hmmm.....Yeah why not? I'll make a brooch for her.

Its 5 am I still got like 5 more hours to go to work, while I wait for work time I decided to go to the mine to gather the materials for the brooch. I need to find Orichalcum, it'll be taking a long time since I have to go to mine level 10.

2 hours later......

"Phew"

I'm really tired, for some reason I'm having a really bad luck today. I could only found Orichalcum at mine level 20, ah well at least it's over and I'm done. Time for me to get out of this mine. As I was getting out of the mine, near the goddess pond I see Claire, She looks relax and calm. I decided to approach her.

"Hey Claire"

"Oh hey Gray"

"What are you doing?"

"Taking a break"

"Can I join you?"

"Sure!"

They stay in silence just like that, Claire however felt like her eyes are getting heavier and without realizing it, she was leaning at Gray.

"Uh-ah-umm....Claire?"

No respond at all except for a small snore. Gray is becoming as red as a tomato.

"(This is a bit embarrassing but if I move her a bit I'm afraid she will wake up)"

As much as he hate to wake
Claire up his free time is almost finished so he wake her up and they both go back to their own activity. Claire feels refreshed and Gray feels like he's on fire. He then proceeded to make the brooch (which is hard because he has to make it secretly from his grandpa but he managed to finish it in 1 day). The result surprised him a bit

"(this is better than i thought)"

"Boy! why are you smiling like an idiot! Work harder!"

"Ah! um yes grandpa"

"(what has gotten into this boy? He would usually talk back to me. Must have been because of that pretty new farmer in town, hehe I feel like I'll be having a great grandchild soon)"
