My bunkmates alarm goes off at 2 in the morning. I can hear vomiting from the bathroom. It's Erica. Jackson's knocking on the door with a pack of sea salt crackers to help her.
"Sea sickness, it's surprising that she graduated with her stomach being that bad."
"Go away Jackson!" She yells.
Jackson sits on the floor.
"So, how are you?"
"I'm doing ok Im just coping with the fact we have to go to the void sometime soon."
"Can I tell you something?"
"Yeah."
"I've never been out of VR and VR scared me to death but this is the real thing this is the ocean all those drills we went through those simulators are preparing us for the Unknown it scares me."
I set my hand on his. "You graduated top of our class you'll be fine."
We hear Francine screaming so we rush to her room. "What the hell is that out the window?!" She screams.
"I...I don't know!" Jackson gasps.
"Guys it's an oarfish calm down."
"What the hell is that outside the window?!" Jay yells.
"Oarfish." I giggle.
It's four o clock and a school of Orcas just went by you guys ready to hit it like it's hot!" Jay yells.
"Everyone grab a quick breakfast and let's get to our shuttle ships."
"They're all black and purple so pick one and name it."
"S.S December." Jackson smiles.
"PS Trout ."Charles chuckles.
"Kip." Erica chuckles
"Sleeping Jay." Jay giggles.
"Knock." Francine smirks
"S.S Tatiana." Jacob smiles.
"I'll call you squid." I assure.
"Let's take em out!" I call.

"Wow!" Jackson awes.
"It's morning boys!" I yell.

"So How long will we be living in the dome?" Charles asks taking off his dive suit and placing it in his locker.
"Several years." Jackson says.
"We will leave on Earth day after we discover and monitor a new species."

"Orcas and a number of other whale species do not mate for life..." I smile.
"They give birth to 6-10 offspring in they're lifetime they're lifespan is quite a longtime 50 years maybe longer!" I encourage.
"Wow !" Jackson gasps.
"And according to multiple science documentaries The orca and other whale species can have multiple partners over they're lifetime."
The view is incredible until an orca started mating with a large female.
"That's disgusting!" Charles fades gray .
"Well, they gotta make babies somehow!" Jay snickers.
"Jacob how you feeling?" Erica asks.
He violently coughs.
"Fucking great!"
"Let's head home boys!"
I hear Erica vomiting again .Jackson back with a pack of crackers.
"Boys lunchtime!" I smile.
"I made Tuna sanwiches. "
Jay is diving into a pack of sardines.
"Can I have some?" Erica asks lovingly.
"Can you stomach it?" He questions.
"I'm starving I haven't ate anything since we got here!" She cries.
He opens her a pack. "Wow,wow slow down!"
Francine waves her finger at Erica to call her to medical bay.
"I'm just gonna take a blood sample to make sure you don't have anemia or blood posioning or pregnancy."
"Piss in this." She asks.
"Here's your sample." Erica sniffles.
"You miss thing are blue congratulations."
"Jay!" She yells.
He didn't hear her. But the intercom came on. "Jay to main medical bay please."
"She's blue Jay and you know what that means."
His eyes widened creepily. His face turned into a smile. "That's great your parents are gonna kill me but that's great!"
"I have to throw up again..." She gasps.
You hear her it's loud. Jay's pale face and brown eyes are beaming. His short brown hair frizzed from the water.
"Does Erica want lunch?" I ask.
"Yes... Do you have any ginger ale in the fridge for her?"

"Why is she pregnant?" Jacob asks loudly.
"That's my fucking sister You asshole, fucking coward!" He screams.

"Get back here!" Jacob screams.
Jackson sighs heavily. "What's up Amelia?"
"Voids tommorow..." I scoff.
"We're in this together alright?" He asks.
"To the Infinity team!" I shout.
He smiles sleazily at me but gentle.
"I have to go fix my ship an Orca hit it with it's tail."
"Yeah, Jay didn't have to make that sound..." I snicker.
"Do you know how to run a welder?"
"Excuse me my family were mechanics?" I spit.
"Let's fix it and head to bed..." I smile
