Gianna
Last night was a great night, there was a bank robbery on 7th street and It gave me a good workout, I think i'm going to miss Voltrage, she always me take everything to a whole new level. But then again, I need to stop the villains before they can do anything worse. But the least I could do for her was make sure she got into a secure prison.Sometimes I wish Granite was a villain, it would give me an excuse to beat that arrogant little.... never mind. I mean, I just wish that he would quit trying to steal my time in the limelight.
I had the situation fully under control last night, but then Granite tried to take over, which was really stupid on his part because he's never fought against Voltrage, and it's not like he didn't know I had the situation under control. No. He came in saw me cornering her and then decided to break down the pillar next to her and give her a passage to escape. there forth causing me to have to make the room fill with the nearest water source, that just happened to be sewer water.
But luckily, She floated straight to the police's feet and i was able to pass that off as being part of the plan. But Granite got half the credit. I couldn't believe he got half the credit, i couldn't stop thinking about it on the entire ride home.
I got home at 2:30 AM and tried to not make too much noise because I knew that Keith had to get up early for work. But was shocked to find Keith in the shower (I mean, it's not all that weird compared to the other things i've come home to him doing. Once, I came home to him cleaning the counters at 3 AM). And it left me struggling to find an excuse for smelling as bad as I did at that moment.
"Oh my god, Gianna. What the hell is that smell? Did you roll around in a pile of shit?!" Keith asked when he saw me sitting on the couch.
"There was some sort of sewer explosion over on 7th Street, but WPD seems to have it under control now." I responded, as though it was a normal everyday thing. "What're you doing awake at this time of day anyways?"
"I couldn't sleep, so I figured a shower would help me be able to sleep."
"oh, well good night then"
"good night Gianna"
"see you in the morning"
Keith
I wish that there were less superheroes in Willbrough, it would make this whole stopping bad guys thing a whole lot easier.
For example, last night I saw that Voltrage was trying to rob the bank over on 7th street. But when I went to try and save the day, Tsunami had already beat me there. I swear she lives to piss me off.
But I wasn't going to just let her have all the glory, after all, I did go out of my way to try to catch Voltrage.
So as anyone would, I offered my assistance throwing the nearest chair and knocking down the pillar next to Voltrage. But I guess I didn't really think that all through because it just gave her an easy escape. In my defense though, everything worked out in the end because Tsunami still managed to get Voltrage to the police.
And I know that this sounds like a really dumb thing to do, but it actually helped me out a lot because I think this might be what will get me nominated tonight as Willbrough's super hero of the year.
I guess I'll just have to see and wait though. Because there are many many superheroes trying to get nominated, and there are only 5 spots.
And just to add onto my add onto my nerves, i'm starting to worry for Gianna, she's been starting to get home later and later as the days go by and with weirder explanations each time.
