When we got outside he walked me to his car, well more like shoved. But he took me to his car and started driving out of the parking lot. "Isn't this going to get me in trouble?" i asked, full concern poping out. Oliver sent me a 'what the fuck glance' mixed with a 'your dumb asf look.'

"dude it's wednesday meaning we have 1 hour of sitting in a class finishing homework and listening to the teacher tell dumb stories of the 40's. It's literally just a guy sitting there complaining about how he use to have to walk to school. And how we are so privileged; how we take advantage of the things given to us. Trust me you don't want to sit through that." he told me after looking annoyed during the whole thing using a fake 'whiny boo-hoo story' voice. "Oh..." i softly whispered.

He pulled up at a little dinner. We walked in and i pulled out my wallet ready to have my card ready. He pushed my hand away. "I get stuff free here there's no need to pay." I slowly put my wallet back into my pocket and walked in behind him.

It was a really cozy looking place and there was even a few tables with checkers/ chess pieces on them. They also had soft fuzzy white with grey stripes. 'The carpet reminds me of an zebra' i thought to myself. And they didn't have tables it was all booths; except for the tables for the chess players. There was even mini chess and checker sets for kids and people to play while in the booths. The booths had an small red lining around the edges but was white in the center till the edges. The seats where red as well but instead had white tops.

"This place is so amazing, it reminds me of the shows where the couple meets at a diner when they run into each other or when the man find her cute and orders her a coffee." i said chuckling. He chuckled and pointed at a booth. I took it as my cue to go sit down while he went to the counter. He must know what's here.  I could hear him when went up there.

"Hey momma can me and the kid over there get free fried chicken wings. We missed lunch because my girl pulled some more fake shit on me. Also i accidentally dropped my phone down the stairs. I know we can't afford another one right now so it's okay i promise." he told what i presumed was his mom and she just gave a sad smile. "I know Oliver, i promise once my business grows we will have more money and will be able to move out of that trailer. I know it's embarrassing to have your friends over since its so small." she looked like she was gonna cry. He walked around and gave her a hug.

He then came back to the table and rubbed his elbows. I don't know why he does that its so weird. Most people rub their necks or their hands together but he rubs his elbows. Oh well it's whatever. He grabbed one of the little 'special friday' menu.i grabbed my phone out and started texting my brother.

Hey Nathan you love me right? ~broken boy
Yes what do you want this time~ nate
Could we possibly be able to buy my friend a new phone? His ex kept lying about pregnancy and he threw it without thinking ~broken boy.
The waiter set down 2 cherry cokes and 12 wings in front of is with a handful of sauce packets on the side.
Yea invite him over if you want~ nate

"Hey, so i know you broke your phone so i wanted to know if you want to go with me and my brother we can buy you one if you want?" I said lowering my my head and my voice with each word. He laughed and smiled. "Are you serious?" he asked kinda skeptic. "Yea my brother said he had a few bucks he could buy one with. He might get you the one he has. I don't know tho." i stated being fully honest. "Thank you so much," he said smiling so big. "This means a lot considering we aren't fully friends. I'm not saying your a bad person but i wouldn't really be allowed to hang out with you in front of the team, they would kick me out or hurt me so that i wouldn't be able to finish the season." he said sheepishly; i just laughed as we finished our food since the hour was almost up.

We got back to school and he walked 10 feet away and i slipped into the bathroom so it wouldn't look suspicious. I instantly regretted choosing that one. All i heard was "Yea i came in late cuz i over slept." i remembered the voices but before i had time to run Axel and Shawn walked around the wall. I froze.
