I used to show my art to people in person and I'd get a lot of the same comments, one very common one being something along the lines of "I can't even draw a straight line." Ok,ok,that was actually the phrase in exact words, but I digress. You know what my response to that is?It's this:
You can't draw a straight line and you're defining your art's worth on that??Charles Schulz apparently couldn't either but did that stop him from creating something that's universally known and loved by people of all ages?He made Charlie Brown, notably one of the most well known and beloved characters of all time and he never used a single straight line to draw him.So you tell me again that you can't do something great with what you have, that you can't work with what you've been given and create something unique and beautiful that only you can make.Tell me you can't. I dare you.
By the way, this is a closet cosplay oc (very sadly simplistic but I still love her) and her name is Ujukuu Tsuabuki. So far, she's usually dazed and often distractedly walks into walls/trips,etc. because she's always thinking in depth about everything. She is also very childish a lot of times and likes to blurt things out as well as play around like a five year old.
So...yeah. •-• *lip smack*
