"if they ain't here they was never really your family." kd said as he took her hand, "we're you're family now and ain't shit you could do about it." he said giving her a hug.

"yea, this a one time thing." he said pulling away. "and why wasn't i your maid of honor, if i wasn't here yo ass woulda already been gone."

"nigga shut up." adrienne said as she pushed him out the door before turning back to look at aaliyah.

"yea, i'm about to marry the love of my life." she replied with a reassured smile.

behind kentrell was joe, ben, beenie, and boomer who he picked as his best men.

their whispering was quieted as the bridal chorus started and the doors that aaliyah would enter opened.

first adrienne walked down while she held their daughter kaisley on their hip as she let out inaudible sounds.

everyone rose from their seats as aaliyah finally walked out while her arm was wrapped around kd's.

kentrell couldn't help the smile that swarmed his face as he couldn't take his eyes off his soon to be bride.

they finally reached the front and kd handed her off to kentrell.

"you look beautiful." he whispered to her as he looked at her through her veil before he lifted it off her face.

"and you look handsome." she smiled as he took her hands in his.

the place errupted with cheers as kentrell finally grabbed onto aaliyah and dipped her lightly as he pressed his lips against hers.

"you corny as a bitch." she laughed as he finally let go of her.

"and now you stuck with ma corny ass for the rest of your life."
