Chapter 2

It's been weeks since the first time I went to this school.

"Students, I'm giving you group work. So, you need to make groups to do this assignment. By the way, if you think I forgot about your homework, then, YOU . ARE . WRONG . " Mrs. Connor said while handing handouts paper to us.

Mrs. Connor is our Math teacher. She never nags or get mad at us for not doing our homework. She'll just use a thin and long stick to cane us with it. As fast as she could. It would feel like a lightning just struck your backside.

Nobody dares to leave her work uncompleted. 

Quinn : "Did you guys did the homework?"

Faith : "A bit and there a lot of question that I failed to do because I don't understand what it wants."

Alice : "I completed mine but if you want to copy the answer, you have to ask Sam. She's borrowing my book."

Sam : "Did somebody called my name? No? OK." **Proceed copying answers from Alice's book**

Hazel : "How about you Aries? If you haven't completed I can help you. You wouldn't want to feel Mrs. Connor's 'cane power' do you? 😅"

Aries : "Um.. Can I just borrow yours? I did most of it but there are a couple of questions that I skipped."

Hazel : "Sure but you have to act fast. She is going to check our homework later."

Quinn : "Hey let's make a group with 6 of us. She told us to make groups. So I might as well make a group with y'all because we make a great team together. "

Faith : "Sure! Hazel is a must in this group. How about you Aries?"

Aries : "Yeah! No offence.. why Hazel is a must? Is she good in Math?"

Sam : "Yup. Better than any of us. But of course, I can manage math also."

Alice : "Now let's see what Mrs. Connor had gave us"

The handouts were full of numbers. Thank god I can do math so the questions were readable.

Mrs. Connor  : "Each group need to make a presentation about how those questions are solved. You must name your group as well. The name can be any rubbish name you want but if your presentations are rubbish as well, you already know what your punishments gonna be. 😉"

Aries : "So, what are we gonna name our group?"

Sam : "What's it gonna be? The Sam's?"

Hazel : "No thanks, Sam. How about we make it based on our names, characteristics, or something that related to us? "

Alice : "How about..."

Quinn : "The Queens"

Alice : "No."

Faith : "How about initials?"

Aries : "FAHASAQUARYA"

All : "😮 THAT'S IT !!!" 

Faith : "You know, we might as well keep this group forever. Like a group of best friends forever!"

Sam : "Good idea. It's easier to make a study group"

Hazel : "Now, let's focus on the question. Oh, this is a piece of cake. Watch and learn guys."

Quinn : "Seriously Hazel.. Can we exchange brains? 😩"

[DAY ENDED]

That was how we came up with our group name. I know it's funny how we made it. But, 'FAHASAQUARYA' will always be the most beautiful name for us because it symbolizes how close we are together.
