"Eunha, I told you not to call me mom during class in front of other students!" She starts to scold at me, arms tightly crossed as she walks towards me.
"Wellㅡ sorry. It's still true I couldn't sleep last night though. I had a marathon of nightmares."
School's ended and I'm in detention with my mom, can't life get any better?
"As the class president, you have to set a good example among the others. You know that," she pats my head with a sad smile spread across her still-fair face "now c'mon, your brother must be outside. Can't keep him waiting."
"Okay, Mrs. Jung," I playfully answer back.
We walk out the school gate and I can see Hoseok laughing his heart out with Andrea. She's got her hair cascading down her shoulders, figure leaning towards him with her body shaking from laughter. Meanwhile Hoseok's got a toothy smile on with his hair all messy from throwing his head back multiple times from continous giggling. I chuckle at the sight.
"Andrea! Hoseokie! Hey," I wave my hand up as I run towards them.
"Tsk, detention sure is useless for you. Andrea and I just came out around a few minutes ago," he says while his hand is placed on his hip.
"She's our homeroom teacher's daughter anyways," Andrea cuts in "I don't think she'd like to have her own child in detention."
"Hey I'm her child too," Hoseok pouts at her.
"Oh I know," she rolls her eyes before turning to me "And about earlier, what did you mean by 'disappear'?" she tilts her head to the side, eyes twinkling in interest.
"I don't know how to explain it. They just...disappeared." I purse my lips.
"Strange," Andrea mumbles out.
At home
"Yoonha! Mom and I are going shopping, okay!? Don't go anywhere else without permission!" Hoseok shouts from downstairs.
"Okay!" I shout back.
Yoonha has always been my nickname. It was a combination of my surname and my actual name. Everyone first started calling me that a few years ago, when I met Andrea for the very first time.
Flashback
"Hi! I'm Andrea, you?" She sticks her hand out for a handshake.
"I'm Yoon Eunha," I reply as I slip my hand into hers.
"Wah, your name is so cute when you say it all together," she thinks for a bit "Hm, can I call you Yoonha?"
I chuckle "Sure,"
End of flashback
And as I was about to walk out of my room, a new, strange scent fills up my nostrils, invading my whole other senses. The scent isn't bad nor stinky. It's just...sweet. It's very sweet but fresh. So I turn around and that's when my world turns upside down.
A peach-ish kind of coloured smoke fills up my room in an instant. I can't see much, the fog is too thick but the next thing I know, someone's in front of me.
W-what!?
