I got up and walked back to the house, ignoring ashton shouting after me. What part of 'I like being alone' does he not understand?
Once I got back to the house I saw Michael and india sitting on the sofa.
"Where have you been?" India said sternly.
"Out." I replied shortly
"By yourself?"
"Well, yes until ashton fucking followed me"
"What have we told you about going out by yourself Maisy for gods sake it's like we can't trust you anymore!"
"I've fucking had enough of everyone treating me like a child, I'm 19 years old incase you didn't realise and I can do what I want, when I want."
I heard the front door close and ashton throw his shoes into the corner.
"What's going on?" He asked
"Nothing" I muttered walking upstairs into my room. I shut my door and slid down the back of it.

What can I do to make then treat me like an adult? I've been thinking for the past 2 hours about this and in that time nobody has come to check on me, which I'm glad about, obviously, but I miss Ashton's company.
I stood up and opened my door, I walked across the landing to Ashton's bedroom and quietly knocked on the door.
"What do you want?"
"It's me"
"Oh"
"If you're busy I'll leave you to it I don't min-"
"No, come in"
"Okay"
I walked into Ashton's room and stood there pulling at the hem of my T-shirt, not knowing what to do.
"Are you gonna sit down then?" He said patting the side of his bed, shuffling over and putting his phone on his bedside table.
"Okay"
I sat down slowly but Ashton wrapped his arms around me and pulled me down. We got comfortable in each others arms. We do this quite a lot, whenever one of us is upset mostly.
"What's wrong maisy?" he asked playing with my hair.
"Nothing"
"I'm not stupid maisy, I know when something's bothering you"
"Ok fine, im sick of being treated like a child. I've said this so many times it's boring me but I'm 19 now and they need to realise that, they don't have to know my every move or know about everywhere I go"
"They're just worried maisy, were in hiding from the police, we committed a huge crime remember that? They're just scared that we'll get caught"
"Oh, I never thought about that, I'm sorry ash"
"Hey, you don't need to apologise. Me and you, we'll be just fine together, we don't need them."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah."
"Ashton?
"Yeah?"
"Thankyou"
