Breathless

Chapter 1

I have been a professional photographer for a couple years now. I started my career in South Korea. Seoul is where I ended up and I have never regretted it. My career has thrived here. I started out just taking pictures for lesser known people, but now I'm taking pictures for Kpop artists and actors/actresses.

Yesterday I got a call from Lee Jongsuk's manager. They told me that Jongsuk needed a photographer that could be trusted. I was to be his only photographer and that I was at the top of their list. I thought about it for a few minutes before answering. I could use a steady client and something new. I agreed and was told that Jongsuk would start tomorrow. After hanging up I looked around my little studio and sighed. I had some cleaning to do.

I clean everything that night and once I think it is done, I turn off the studio lights and go into my apartment attached to my studio. I'm ready for tomorrow. I'm ready to finally meet Lee Jongsuk and work with him until our time together is over.

I get ready for bed and lay down. I look up at the ceiling and smile. Tomorrow embarks a new journey for me and I'm excited for this new challenge. I finally close my eyes and get the sleep I need for tomorrow.

I get up the next day and shower. I put my hair in braids and put on a pair of skinny jeans and a white t-shirt. I go into my kitchen area and make myself some breakfast. I sit down at my table and start eating my food. Every time I think about today my heart starts to race a little bit more. I'm not only excited, but I'm also nervous about meeting Jongsuk. I hope today goes well and I hope that his manager is nice.

I finish eating and go out into my studio to start getting ready. I want to do just a basic shoot today with Jongsuk. After I agreed yesterday to do this they sent a whole rack of clothes. I look through the clothes and pick out a few outfits to have Jongsuk pose in. I set them out and then go over to my computer. I sit down.

I have seen Jongsuk in his shows before and I really like his acting skills. I also know that he is an attractive man. I don't need to get attached to the guy. This will be a professional setting.

I start making up my plan of how I want to do our shoot today. I grab my camera and turn it on. As I do this there is a knock on my studio door. I instantly stand up and turn towards the door. My heart rate spikes.

"Come in." I say. The door opens and first walks in a man in a suit and followed behind him is Jongsuk. Time seems to slow down as soon as I see Jongsuk coming in. My eyes are glued to him as he walks in. Jongsuk walks right up to me and our eyes meet as he holds his hand out to me. I look down briefly before putting my hand in his to shake it.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Lee Jongsuk." He introduces himself. Even his voice is attractive. Shit all of him is attractive.

"I'm Tabby. Your personal photographer. I look forward to working with you." I reply. Jongsuk let's go of my hand slowly and then smiles. I suddenly get butterflies in my stomach and I softly return his smile.

"I'm happy to be here and working with you, Tabby." He tells me. The man in the suit steps forward and I look over at him.

"I'm his manager." He says. I bow my head at him. "I have some rules for you doing all of this."

"Okay." I say and nod slowly.

"You're the only one I'm allowing to do this, so I have to be able to trust you." He tells me.

"You can." I reply. He looks from me to Jongsuk and back.

"Nothing romantic can happen. This needs to be professional. If something does happen this will end quickly and you will no longer be in contact with each other." He says. I nod.

"It will not be a problem." I tell him. He nods.

"Then I will leave you to it. I will be back in an hour." He says and leaves my studio. I look at Jongsuk and our eyes meet again.

"Are you ready to go?" I ask him. He smiles.

"I'm always ready." He replies. I turn around as my heart flutters. I go over to the clothes I want him to wear first and hand them to him. Jongsuk takes a few steps away from me and sets the clothes down. He pulls his shirt over his head right in front of me. I check out his back before turing around quickly.

"Alright." I whisper to myself. I go and grab my camera. I get it ready and peek behind me to see if Jongsuk is ready. He is looking at me, so I walk over to him.

"We are just going to do a basic shoot today." I tell him. He nods at me. I tell him where I want him and how to sit. Jongsuk does everything that I tell him. Watching him be serious and then smile is so attractive. Just doing this one shoot is making me think that this will be a fun time. Jongsuk is a really amazing person and one of my favorites to take photos of so far.

Our shoot goes smoothly and quickly. Before I know it Jongsuk's manager is back to get him. I say goodbye to them at the door and then go back to my computer. I plug my camera into it and start looking through and editing the pictures I took.

This man is perfect.
