I looked down at my feet. I had suddenly run out of words to say. He stayed there waiting for a response he know that he wouldn't get. "Can we please meet after school?" he asks.
"What for?!" I replied. I knew that my tone was fierce. "Please I just want a chance to make things right. I know that it will never be the same again, and that's not what I'm expecting. I only want us to be at least friends. Please y/n give me a chance to help make things right." his sweet voice brought back the butterflies I felt 2 years back.I stood there for what felt like forever before finally giving him an answer.
"Alright. We can meet later at my place.
You can give me your number so that I can text you the address." I guess I wanted to give him a second chance. The rest of the day went by swiftly. As soon as the bell rang, I ran out of class.
I was almost halfway out of the school when I remembered about Nathan. I stopped and looked down at my phone. I gave a text to Amy and told her about what happened. She didn't respond so I headed home in my motorcycle. As I got home, I texted the number than Nathan gave me.
While we texted, he kept sending hearts and he told me about his schedule throughout the day just like how we used to text but I know that this time, it's a different chapter. I don't know if I can forgive him yet..
