I couldn't help but think of her all day. That's how she made me dive into her the first time. She is such a special, unique girl. Damn. So perfect. But now, I know it won't be easy to get her back. It was all my fault that led her to leave. I know that she was upset of what she saw and it still kills her inside. I wasn't thinking straight but that wasn't an excuse. I don't wanna make excuses anymore. All I want is to have our friendship back.

Y/N's pov
I was lying on my bed. All my thoughts were about him. I couldn't help it. I tried to get mind to think about something else but no. It's just too stubborn. How could I forget, it's my brain. My stubbornness would be in the package.
I sat up like a bullet when I heard the door slam downstairs.
"Y/N!!" a familiar voice shouts.
Ofcourse it was her. What was I thinking?!
"Yes mom. I'm in my room." I shout back.
"What I'm saying is come down here!"
I knew that was what she meant. But my lazy ass decided to play innocent.
"Right comingg!" I yell as I run downstairs.
"What's up, mom?"
"My assistant and his son will be joining us for dinner tonight." my mom keeps stirring her coffee. She always drinks coffee after duty.
She works as a CEO of a million dollar company and her assistant is a really nice lady. I never met her son though. I guess I'm about to find out what he's like tonight.
Oh wait..
"Mom, I'm going out tonight." That's what I've been thinking about this whole time.
"With whom?" she asks, a smirk on her face.
"With a friend." I say rolling my eyes at her knowing what exactly is thinking.
"Well, you are going to have to ditch your 'friend' this time." she says holding her laugh in.
"Ugh, whatever. What's so important about this dinner anyway?" I say, changing the topic.
"We are planning on a new project. It is important for us even if it isn't for you." She says with a serious expression on her face now.
"Alright fine." I finally say.
I ask my mom about the guy who's coming and she says he's the same age as me and his name is Aydan.
"You know you both will be so cute together." My mom says smirking again.
"Dang, mom! He sounds really boring anyway." I scoff.
My mom just laughs. I love her so much.

It's almost 5 and I'm in my room watching Netflix. Shit, I still have to call Nathan and tell him I can't go. He's going to be sad but whatever. He deserves it. I keep telling myself.
I find his number and started dialling him.
He picks up after the second ring.
"Hello" his voice echoes in my ear. Damn. He can make me go chaos without even trying.
"Hey.. I'm really sorry but I can't go out with you tonight. My mom is having some business dinner-meeting kind of thing and I have to be there apparently."
I explain the whole thing to him.
"We can meet another time, y/n. Maybe next week? " he asks me.
"Okay. " I don't even know why im being so friendly to him. I'm supposed to be cold-hearted..
We say goodbye and I end the call.
Ughh I don't want him to make me feel like that.
Whatever. I'll find something to wear for tonight.
