Too cool for school

My day began with pillows being thrown at my head and my mom screaming at me telling my I had 15 minutes to get to school.

SHIT!!

I ran into the bathroom and tried to somewhat flatten my hair. I felt like such a girl when I did my hair. But whatever, I ran into my room and threw on my sneakers after pulling on a shirt and jeans... I grabbed my phone off the nightstand and ran out the front door.. I had only 10 minutes to get to school. I walked most of the way but when I realized I only had five minutes and I still had to get my schedule an find my first period, I began to haul ass until I head a car stop beside me and someone shout

"Yo, dude you gonna get in or what" a guy who looked to be around the age of 17 shouted.

"I don't even know you"

"The name is Tony, and if you don't get in the fucking car now your gonna be late, so I suggest you get in the car"

"We'll, my name is Alex" I said as I walked around to the passenger side if his old Chevrolet truck

"Good, I've got your schedule, I'm part if the front office group so here it is, we have all our classes together so we'll be great friends.." Tony babbled on and I couldn't help but wonder how in hell he knew me.

"Dude how do you know me" I asked, completely confused.

"In part of the front office, so while you rudely interrupted what I was saying, I said that I wanted you to meet my friends and Mabey hang out with us so you'll have a few new friends, just don't get under sparks skin, he can be a real asshole" he said, what kind of name is spark, must be a nickname.

"When"i asked

"Friday afternoon, we'll go to the lake, get completely stoned and drunk and drive back the next day" he said as we pulled into a driveway and three girls came out.

"Dude you'll have to get in the back with Aaron and Bec, my one and only gets shotgun" he said winking at the girl who was walking across the front of the car

As I got out and walked to the back of the car I met eyes with the most beautiful woman in the entire world. Those warm blue eyes and blonde hair was so beautiful, she looked like a Victoria secret model as she jumped into the back of the pickup truck, she raised and eyebrow at me and then spoke.

"Who are you" she said looking completely confused.

Tony opened the little window at the back of the truck and said to her "Aaron his name is Alex, jeez girl you don't have to sound so mean"

"Sorry" she said as she chuckled, "I'm Aaron, by the way." She said leaning out of the pickup truck.

"We're gonna be late" Tonys girlfriend in the passenger seat spoke.

I jumped into the back and sat awkwardly across from Aaron, looking like a fucking supermodel while she sat on top of a crate in the back.

"Where are we meeting james" she spoke toward someone, probably tony"

"At wings, then were going to the lake for the day" he said

Suddenly it all clicked, all the girls were wearing bikinis and tony looked like he was going to the beach.

"What?" Was all I could say

"Too cool for school, dude, we're skipping!!" He said pleased that I was caught off guard.

"Ive got no trucks" I said.

"Figured you wouldn't, but I know you've got money" he turned around as he stopped driving, I realized we in a parking spot outside of a store named "wings". I walked inside and grabbed a pair of navy blue swimming trunks, paid and went outside, the were all leaning against the old truck smoking. Man I could use a smoke, as soon as I thought it a girl walked towards me saying

"Hiya, my names Rebecca but I go by Bec" she said walking up to me and hugged me.

The girl behind her standing beside Tony, blushed but quickly hid it saying

"She's a big hugger" she laughed walking toward me, but not without flashing a smile at The girl who I now knew as Bec, who was also now leaning against the truck again

"I'm Lacey by the way, Tonys girlfriend, and lover" she said shaking my hand lightly before turning around and running to Tony kissing him lightly.

" So" Tony says " it's me, Tony, this beautiful brunette, Lacey, miss blondie, Aaron, and redhead, Bec, all your missing now is spark-" Aaron cut him off "it's james " she said

"as I was saying, SPARK, the asshole of the group you'll love him" he said smiling.

As if on cue, a black ford mustang drove into the parking space beside us, and a short guy jumped out running over to Aaron, grabbing her by her wrists screaming

"We have got to talk Aaron, I'm pissed"

"Not now babe, we've got a new addition to the group, why don't we wait until later" she said nodding towards me. He turned around and stated at me the spat out some spit before turning back around saying " fine later" he jumped into the back of the truck and sat on the crate Aaron previously sat on, everyone else got in, Tony and Lacey claiming the front seats, and we sped off.

With james staring straight at me I knew that this was gonna be a long ride to god knows where. I sighed before getting comfortable sitting on the floor if the trunk, letting my eye kids fall, enjoying what had become of my first day at school.
