Chapter 8

(A/N:Halloween special more about why it's early at the end. And sorry for spelling mistakes it's about 11 at night and I have school tomorrow so I had to type fast, so sorry about that.)

Natalie's P.O.V.

It's was almost Halloween and I had no clue what to be. I always plan it out, but not this year. I tried asking Hannah, but she had no clue either. So now, Hannah and I are sitting on the couch trying to think of something to wear.

"How about zombies?" Hannah asked.

"Don't you feel like that's used to much?"

"Yea true."

"Mmm how about....dead Frozen?"

"Dead Frozen?" I asked, confused.

"Yea like, bloody Anna and dead Elsa." She told me. (sorry if you like frozen, but this is my costume and I feel like they should do this)

"Okay, that sounds so cool, but wait won't we scar kids like that?" I asked.

"That's the whole point of Halloween."

"True."

"So you want to do it?"

HELL YEA!" I scream. (I was listening to music and Irresistible by 1D came on and I'm crying, okay continue)

"YES!"

***Magical Time Skip Where They Magically Get There Costumes OOO***

We had our costumes in my room and I loved how they looked and I'm pretty sure that Hannah loves it to. We chose that I should be Elsa 'cause if I had to chose a favorite it would be Elsa, anyway we chose her for me because Hannah thought that I would be better at it. So, Hannah is Bloody Anna and I'm Dead Elsa.

"Wow those came out good." I heard another voice say, Reed.

"Thanks." Hannah says, smiling.

"Well, you guys definitely have a better costume then me." Reed says.

"What are you going to be?" I asked.

"I'm going to be a (OLAF lol jk) tiger, rawr." Reed said, laughing.

Hannah and I bursted out laughing. When we calmed down we went to the living room and watched Frozen. Coincidence, I don't think so.

We were in our pj's and we had blankets and pillows everywhere on the couch and just having popcorn and other snacks.

So now, we had watched about four movies, had a bunch of candy that we found, probably for tomorrow, in the pantry, and had about a million cans of soda. So yea, we had a fun night.

I can't believe it it's finally Halloween. So, I figured out that the candy we ate was for today, but my mom understood and told me that she forgot to tell me, so she let me off the hook. (I wish I had a mom like that)

Anyway, I was finished put on my costume and now I just needed to put the make up on. The make up was Hannah's idea and said that it would look better, so I just said whatever and she cheered. She also said she would do the make up, but I told her I would do it.

After, I finished putting the make up on and the 'blood' that was coming out of head, arms, eyes. and a little on my lip, I was done with my costume and I walked downstairs to find Hannah and Reed waiting for me.

Hannah was wearing a dress that was almost exactly like the one Anna wears in the middle of the movie, and she had her hair in two braids, like Anna's hair. She looked really good. Reed was wearing a white shirt that had tiger strips on it, dark pants, and some tiger Vans, and his face had a 'tiger' look, made by paint of course. He also looked good. I was wearing a dress that looked similar to the one Elsa changes into when she sings 'Let it Go' in the movie. It had tears in some places and some 'blood' stains here and there. I had my make up and I also did my hair like Elsa.

"Wow, you look good." Hannah says, smiling, while Reed just nods, smiling.

"So do you guys." I say, smiling.

"Okay, anyway, let's go shall we?" Reed asked.

I know, what your probably saying, 'your to old to trick or treat' or 'grow up already', when I could give less shits about what you say.

We were walking house to house, some people said we had awesome costumes, some said that's weird and some even screamed and ran away, those were the little kids. I felt bad, but I have to admit that it was really funny. Right now we were just walking around and looking at the kids as they smile and laugh, or cry and scream because of something scary. I heard Hannah sigh.

"What's wrong?" I asked, worried.

"Nah, it's nothing." She says, but I can tell she's lying.

"Please, we won't make fun of you."

"Okay, fine, Do you ever miss being a kid?" She asked.

"But we are kids?" I says, confused.

"No I mean, little kids, like pre-k or kinder, where your only four or five or maybe even six, that kind of kid." She explains.

"Hannah, trust me I think we all wish that at some points in our life, but that's the reason we grow up, so we can remember the best moments even if we can't go back to them and then we make new memories and we never forget the best old memories. Yes, we have times where we think it's not going to get better, but in reality it does and then you just feel happy again and forget that whatever brought you down can't defeat the happiness that we have. I remember, when Reed came to my rescue when I thought about finally comiting suicide and if it wasn't for him I would be here right now, I wouldn't have met you and I wouldn't have such amazing friends. So growing up is something for us to expirence and remember the time old times, but make the most of the new." I pulled my amazing friends into a group hug and they hugged back.

I guess I really just never thought about it. If Reed didn't come a save me I wouldn't be where I am right now and I wouldn't have such an amazing life right now. Like I said there are bad times, but happiness can be easy to find once you find the right path to go on. I guess I just learned from what I just said.

A/N: Yay an update!

So I was going to wait and publish this on Halloween, but you know what.....screw it. Anyway, I really really really hoped you enjoyed and if you did please comment or just tell your friends, that you know that read fanfics, about this story.

Also, I can't even thank you guys enough for 200+ reads. When I started writing this I thought it would get no where and it would just be a book that wasn't good and just there for some people to read, but you guys have proved me wrong and made this book get 200+ reads. I love you guys so much that I can't even contain it. One more thing, I was wondering if you guys wanted a '20 facts about me' update, if so comment and if not then it's cool.
