"What did he do?"
The girl's eyebrows knitted.
"My mother begged for them to let us go but they won't. Yeonjun's father said someone has to leave and take the place."
"And your mother was the one who took the .. .place." The girl mumbled.
"Mhmm." Tae bitting his lips to stop himself from tearing up as he nodded.
"Yeonjun killed her infront of me. They were about to cheat and kill me too, but I fought them back and got the chance to escape and event to my grandma's house."
The boy sigh as tears already fall down on his face from his eyes.
"I'm sorry, taehyung."
The girl suddenly hugged her bestfriend, trying her best to comfort him while the boy hugged her back.
"Just cry it out.. I know it's hard, but things happened already."
Y/n patted his back softly.
"I regret meeting the choi's in our lives... .I regret every moment. I was still 10 years old at that time, I don't know what to do. I regret everything."
Tae sniffed as he cried out loud, leaning his head on the girl's shoulder.
"My mom was always there for me through my ups and downs. But after those things happened, I don't know what to do anymore.. until you came."
The girl's eyes turn wide.
But her widen eyes turned into an eye smile one after words slips from taehyung's mouth again.
"One thing i didn't regret the most is that, you came into my life and try to help me, even if I was really cold at you before and even trying to make you leave me alone."
"But you still didn't left me. And I'm grateful for that."
